If you are in quintanarro ask a local to take you to a real cochinita, its a local dish in that part of mexico !! Im happy you guys are experience the real mexico, not the resorts only !!!

Mexicans know when someone is foreign by how they eat their tacos. It is amazing to see the progress you and Jess have made from the first tacos in the hotel to the quesabirria ones; improving your fitness AND your taco-eating skills. Bien hecho!

You learnt fast the lesson that you never need to stay in an all inclusive hotel in Mexico. They have the best food scene in the world, including street food and hygiene standards even before covid. Try Chicharrón, Horchata, crickets Keep lovin it Craig and Jaz
