I used to do bike deliveries in downtown Chicago. I delivered from probably over a hundred restaurants and the one you are standing in front of at 11:00 is the only one that ever offered me water and asked if I'd like to sit down. After that, I returned many times to eat because of the incredible food and hospitality they show. I no longer live in Chicago, but whenever I visit I know I'll be stopping in at Star of Siam! I can't tell you how happy it made me to see it in the background! Thanks!

I mean fitness is cool and all, and it's so amazing to see the progress you both have achieved through hard work, but sometimes is the best feeling ever to just let loose and get drunk 😆 I think it feels even better when you only do it like once a year 😁
The better I get, the more I realize that low impact movements are a great way to build the volume while staying injury free. Westside barbell has been telling me that for years but I never did it because I thought it was dumb. Now I drag a sled, carry a sandbag, or haul a yoke a couple times a week.
Great vlog and great advice with the accessory exercise. Have the 5 mi sandbag hold/walk a go after completing Fraser’s Hardest Workout. Definitely a lower back and forearm burner.
low W.E.S (weight, eccentric, skill) is ideal to push as hard as possible without destroying your body. Great example would be sled pulls, drags, and sprint! if anyone looking to change their routine and recover better, I highly recommend trying low W.E.S workouts!

I have been battling with a crap lower back for years due to chronically tight QL's which I have treatment for already but I am wondering is the bag carry good for people with bad lower backs to help build strength? Is it something I should look in to? @TeamRICHEY

Walked with heavy ball (50 kg) today to accumulate 5 mins and i have a question: why walk instead of just standing and holding it?
Walk create instability so when u wall with heavy ball, ur midline is more utilised than just standing and holding
