In Europe, we have a limitation with the signal strength, but you should get solid 5km on both. Otherwise, it's up to 10km. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!

How do you change the Avata 2 to FCC mode?
did u even put the avata 2 in sport mode, its only a difference of about 30kph. not all that much significantly faster. avata 2 for me imo wins all around
Hello. I only fly in manual mode 😉. I mean it's a REALLY good drone and I'm definitely keeping it. I just wanted to show/explain the difference between the two. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Never got rid of my dji Fpv the big loud fast machine😂. But my avata 1 will go up for sale and will get the quieter avata 2
Hello. I've heard the Avata 1 and that's pretty loud. Avata 2 is MUCH better. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Yeah but size aside which would you pick?
Hello. I like flying in open lanscapes so FPV is better for this and it's a thril ;) so FPV. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
I don’t plan on upgrading because I still love my flying potato😂😂
😉
Original DJi Fpv is still boss
Yes it is! Cheers man!
Now that I have some experience the DJI FPV would be fun. But it seems way too dangerous and vulnerable for a beginner.
Hello. It is fragile. But it's a very unique experience. Like driving a very fast car😉.
Thanks for the comment. Really appreciate it. Cheers!
We shouldn't be far from an FPV 2 release, They'd just need to upgrade the camera and it'd bring it back in the game.
I've had a lot of fun with the FPV, got the Avata and flew it only twice because it's drifting in the wind and so loud it sound like someone is reeving his honda civic with the exhaust off.
Ha! Totally hear you. The Avata 2 is much better in the sound department. Very similar to the FPV and yes the FPV 2 only needs the Avata 2 camera and it'll be on top again. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Do new goggles work with original FPV?
Hello. They will be backwards compatible through a firmware update. Not sure if the update is out yet. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
For the flying experience ill take my DJI FPV DRONE ..over the Avata1/2
Agree! Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
I assume ur not based in the US
CE hampers the performance of Avata 2
After Unlocking the FCC mode via a hack boosts performance or flying in US & Canada, You might find ur opinion differs
Nice Review! Keep it up 👊🏽
Hello. Thanks a lot. Cheers!
avata 2 all the way
Ha! Thanks for sharing. Cheers!
That is filmed in Završnica 👍👍👍👍
Ha! Yes! Cheers!
I choose agility over speed.
Hello. It is agile. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Clean and on the topic. You should make more videos 🍻
Hello. Thanks a lot. I really appriciate it. Cheers!
Dji FPV is like driving a Lamborghini SVJ and Avata is like driving a Huracán 🌀
Ha! Good one. Cheers!
Fpv 2 is coming
Uuuu! Can't wait. Cheers!
No
The Avata 2 isn’t under powered, or slow, it’s designed, built and preforms exactly how it was intended to, it’s not a racing drone,
Hello. Yes, I agree. The comparison is a bit strange, but some people are switching from FPV to Avata 2. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
New subscriber! Nice video;) keep inspiring bro.
Hey thanks a lot. I really appreciate it. Cheers!
You're comparing apples with pears (Or potatoes if you like ^___^) The Avata 2 is not meant to be a ripping FPV drone. It's a Cinewhoop. (And a bloody good one too ^^ )
Hello. Yes I totally agree. I would be wrong to expect the same performance from the Avata 2 if you come from the DJI FPV. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
@@M1R0_Life_through_a_lens Thanks! Good video btw!
If you think avata 2 is underpowered, try to fly in any EU country, it is restricted 30% here. I know its not drone fault that EU is s*it but still, its just not worth it here. Almost fell for it and bought it at release but im glad i did read the official specs before giving my money away.
Say what?!?!? Really? OK that explains a thing or two. I'm from Slovenia so EU ;) Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
You can do a FCC fix/upgrade on it, and range and power will be restored. Instead of 60 km/h it will do around 100km/h
@@cryptotrader9543 thats not true, fcc mod does not remove speed limit, it just opens more channels. Speed limit is gps related. If you go out from EU, speed limiter is gone. Only rumored possible solution in EU is drone tweaks 3rd party app to remove speed limit. But then again good bye to warrenty and dji care using 3rd party software to fly.
@@cryptotrader9543 that is not true, it only opens more channels. Speed limit is done by gps, if you go out from EU, your drone will fly faster. Only rumored option in EU is drone tweaks 3rd party app but then again goodbye to warrenty and dji care for using 3rd party software to fly your drone.
@@cryptotrader9543 that is not true. somehow my comment is getting deleted when i explain why
Different tools for different pools.
Yes true. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
I’m not convinced 😂 help
Ha! It's a tough one, I know. Either way you get a good drone. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Ther is no difference, its both Potato Junk
Put hot Chicken nuggets out of the box in the Microwave, and name it BBQ. The same way you can say fly" FPV" with DJI Drones!
Ha! Good one. Thanks for sharing ;)
Dang that dint help lol you suppose to convice me to get the avata 2 haha 😅😅 sub
Ha! It's a tough choice 😉. Thanks for the sub.
Nice view ❤
Hello! It really is. Cheers!
I have also made review of fpv and avata in my own language video. And literally made idential conclusion , such shame that also today while i was recording new video i drawned new avaia into river . :/ 😂
Nooo! That's too bad. Well it's not as expensive as the FPV so 😉. Thanks for the comment. Really appreciate it. Cheers!
Is really avata 2 that underpowered? i must say i loved the power of fpv but i would also like to fly low and in tight spaces. Can you say that avata 2 can give me at least glimpse of fun of fpv during powerloops or speed flying?
@@spencerfil It take some getting used to. You feel the difference coming strait from the FPV. You can still do all the tricks but the throtle will have to be higher compared to FPV.
The avata 2 camera is so much better.
Avata2 looks brighter but i think that camera also stretching image around corners slightly more, and i do find that hdr video image slightly too over exposed with shadows and highligs , fpv feels more natural with colors, avata2 image on the records feels prettier than in real life.
Hello. Yes I didn't mention this in this video. The camera is way better. It's the same as on the Osmo Action 4 and that is a good camera. Thanks for the comment.
But the FPV out performs it even with a GoPro strapped on. To me the avata would seem better only for real estate fly throughs and maybe a few other limited uses. I personally would prefer the FPV with GoPro for every shot in this video. I appreciate this video as it is holding back my FOMO for the avata 2. I'd like to eventually get one for certain scenarios, but I can wait until hopefully it is compatible with the 2nd gen controllers and the Integra goggles. And when the price drops.
DJI Flying Potato Vehicle
Ha! Yes. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
I love my 🥔
I miss mine 😭. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
dji fpv's camera is horrible
Hello. Yes, it's not the best. The one onto the Avata 2 is much better. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
Great job!
Thanks a lot. Cheers!
I don’t plan on upgrading because I still love my flying potato😂😂
Ha! Keep it. It's a good drone. Cheers!
