I feel bad for summer. Like she sounds like a nice girl who needs some understanding. Family breakups are common and i feel sorry for these kids.
Yeah I feel bad for her too, having divorced parents is so common but it still sucks. I do feel sad for her, but there was no need for her to be rude to the teacher, even if she is struggling with issues, it’s not fair on her taking her anger out on others. The teacher was right.
@@becca_rose_x that is more of a mindset of a adult when you are a teenager in this situation you tend to speak out of anger because of the situation I went through a similar thing my family has always been so close me and my siblings hardly ever saw my parents argue *even my class mates knew we had a very tight knit family* then out of the blue my parents divorced me and my siblings didn't expect it then we were pressed with moving etc then I heard my classmates had found out then it went to my teachers and I constantly got asked are you okay? and other comments , and the best way was to ignore people teachers and students and then i would snap quite easily it took awhile for me to adjust, being upset at because of your home troubles doesn't make it right for being disrespectful she learn in the end and so did I
@@georgia957 yeah that’s true! I probably have more of a mindset of an adult, I mean I am an adult anyway haha, but yes teenagers are more emotional and take their anger out on others- which isn’t the right way to behave, but teenagers fail to see that at their age. Teenagers tend to be in their own little bubble, self absorbed and only care about their own personal emotions rather than see how it affects everyone else. Being a teenager is a hormonal and emotional time and that is why they use their emotional sense of mind rather than being rational and realistic. In reality and being realistic, the girl was being rude and angry at teachers who didn’t deserve it. Therefore she needed correcting for her behaviour. I think a lot of people in these comments are teenagers themselves and that is why they disagree with me because they still have a child’s mind, whereas I have an adult mindset. I used to think the same way as people here think, but as I have got older my mindset and thoughts have changed. Most people here that are teenagers will probably learn the same when they become an adult too. 😃 but yes I agree with you
@insomiablaze 1 it’s not normal. She shouldn’t have done it

Same as a job. It does not interfere, but there are rules.
it doesn't, but i think its because some piercings could be seen as a health and safety issue - especially when in P.E. thats why they usually don't let you wear hoops/dangly earrings.

I agree! It's a piercing it's not affecting anybodys learning and I think it really suits Summer.

So agree had the same issues in my school. I think young people should be able to express themselves with piercings and hair dye but I understand if it was a pe lesson bc anything can happen but we've got medical tape to cover and protect them.

The teacher didn’t do anything wrong, she only corrected a students bad behaviour. A teacher can’t just let students get away with things, and get away with being rude.
Guys can we please appreciate how helpful and supportive the non teaching staff are🥳 always there to help us and talk to us and just be there for us really. Honestly the best people in school.
I left school last year and I can honestly say I miss it so much. It was my getaway and like an alternate reality from my everyday struggles and pain. I’m sure many other people can relate to this, I hope anyways💗

She seems like a nice girl, but having divorced parents is so common though. Literally loads of families go through divorces. It’s normal and a common thing. However I still feel for her, it can still be a difficult time. But There was no need for her to be rude to the drama teacher though. She didn’t need to get loud and keep interrupting her. I agree with what the teacher said at 2:55 , yes she may be going through a hard time, but it’s not an excuse to be rude. She still needs to learn to respect people and respect the rules. It’s just out of common decency to respect things/and people around you. Apart from that, she seems like a nice girl.
Hi
yeah tbf i agree but she is only a kid mate
it’s common to die using the same logic :)
@@rubberduck302 yeah she is only a kid, but a kids bad behaviour is still something that should be nipped in the bud quickly and corrected for it.
Divorce affects every child differently. When my parents got divorced I was thirteen and I hated everyone and everything. I isolated myself and I didn’t want to go to school but I didn’t want to go home. I wanted to commit suicide because of the divorce and all the shit I went through at school (I never attempted suicide because I was a naive 13 year old who had no idea how to commit suicide and didn’t want to ask about it because it would draw attention to myself.) So instead of talking I bottled up EVERY bad feeling and I regret it because now I have to deal with these feelings because they are taking a toll on my health and life.
I understand what Summer is going through.
this happened to me when i was 6. i felt terrible 😣

poor summer hope she’s good now
I have no idea why this appeared on my recommended list, but , man, I can relate to her situation, divorced parents, I found it easier to just not tell anyone about it after several bad experiences, 2 years later, found out I had a life long medical condition, and experience with how people treated me differently made me just keep it a secret because having people constantly asking if I was ok, not including me in activities that may not be good for me etc did my head in and to this day, I don't tell people and just live life as a normal person does and get on fine. Having to live my life being treated like an invalid would have driven , and still does, drive me nuts.....

I was 21 when my parents divorced and you think you can handle it as you’re an adult but I’m finding it so hard still and it’s been a year. After having parents who were married all my life and living in one family house to having no where to call home and both my parents getting new partners extremely quickly was very overwhelming. I felt like i had to be the one to keep the family together and pick up the pieces. It’s been the worst year and it has even led me to try to take my life twice very recently but coming out the other end and hoping i can move on from this. I know my family, christmas, birthdays will never been the same again, and it’s gonna be a while till i accept that as i’m still in denial but it will get easier. Well i hope so anyway!
