How much would both buildings cost as a set? I am ready to move forward to live my years out in peace. What are the facilities available in that area that will support or accommodate a retired single healthy woman with a handyman for house care services. I would like papers on the two buildings even though I have not seen them. Who knows, I might have sone Foster grandchildren.
Will all furniture stay in the two home combination. I would like to come view the place and live there to feel if I fit in the area. Will there be a church nearby as well?

The property shown is wonderful with the old furnishing. I would buy both with 35000€ but I would need options s as a single senior purchaser. I want to relocate but not buy furniture in the process. A good handyman or general contractor to help do the work will be appreciated for the scrapping to repaint the outside structure.

We have seen homes that come furnished. There is a stunning one for €38,000 with no work needed and just 2 floors. We will show it in September when the real estate office is back from Holiday.
How much furniture comes with the house and is it easy to hire a building contractors to do the plastering of the spaces? I want to purchase the two buildings together with offering 23000€ .
It is case by case on what furniture comes with the house. You can negotiate that when you sign the contract, and the agent knows if the owner is willing to include or sell furniture. I found it easy to find contractors and have received bids from several. You can contact them direct to make an offer. The information is in the description.
