Where do i connect the ground of the device I’m tapping? For example, i want to tap a fuse to power a microcontroller but if the tap is only a live wire then how do i ground the microcontroller?

how do you attach the other wire to the blue thingy? Pressure only?

Say my aftermarket fog lights are 55w x2 bulbs = 110w divided by 12v = 9.2 amps. I can use the 15amp factory fuse and 10 or 5 amp on top fuse ?
