    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    Got ankle weights that are 1.5 lbs each. I used it for dribbling today. Wouldn't recommend for shooting, only dribbling.

      Why not? Momentum and inertia. It would gradually hurt your joints.

    If you experience knee or ankle pain walk backwards until they stop hurting. Walking backwards up stairs or dragging something along the ground will build up your knees. Doing "toe lifts" or rather shin lifts with your butt against a wall to strengthen the shins will also do wonders for the knees and ankles, and even lower back. Toe lift means the forefoot lifts off the ground. This comprehensively deels with pain from ankle weights or high activity in general.

    My ankle weights are 10lbs on each leg. It definitely adds difficulty when running on the treadmill. I'm generally nervous about the impact on my joints. But I gotta say, my feet feel like feathers after.

    I’ve been wearing 3 pound weights all day for three years now and my legs look great I don’t want to stop and nothing bad has happened and I haven’t gotten hurt. My legs look a little stronger when I compare old photos to new ones. I should of researched if it was ok you right but I haven’t gotten hurt so I’m good. When I take them of a normally feel lighter witch is what I originally wanted to happen I feel like the one character from

      Only downside is I feel wierd not wearing them.

    I am 14 years old and I use ankle weights for resistance in acceleration excercises and sprinting. This works for me, and have made my acceleration a lot better!
    I also use them for skill moves etc.
    They are 2.5 lbs each, and the only thing I have experienced is a tiny bit of pain in my knee joints. Other than that I would definetly recommend using ankle weights for individual practice!!

      Be careful. The dribbling is one thing, but running in them can lead to injury. I'm not saying stop, just be careful.

      I would honestly stop doing that. From everything I've read, you don't want to run or walk in them.

      @@SimplySoccer I will tell you, you can wear them, but only for a limited time a day. They help me also through my nerve damage in my lower back from a devastating car accident. The weight pulls my ankles, legs, knees and L4, L5 and S1 and believe me, it helps greatly with pulling my lower vertbrate downward, allowing my trapped nerve/s to be freed and less trapped. The weight I use mostly is 1.5 pounds on each leg or 2 pounds will work as well. Don't wear them all day, but you can wear them a workout session. About 3 to 4 hours is perfect for 4 to 5 days a week for most people.

    I could tell from firsthand experience ,they do make you faster and and actually they can make you very fast I used it and got injured and it actually took me a quite a lot of time to heal like 2 to 3 month but after that they incredibly improved my game

    I appreciate the effort in this video I really do, very educational.But I am a football player and I use ankle weights to sprint, I run a little bit with them before running a 40 and even before a track event that I have and 9/10 I TOOK OFF🏃🏾‍♂️⚡️

    I started using with my core exercises with 4kg(2+2) like the L sit because it stared to be to esye(I can hold 27s on the floor) and now its really wired without them you feel lithe, pretty weird

    ive been using ankle weights since 13yrs old , got no problem iam 45 now and still playing basketball and can still jump at ease at 5'10" ..i dont feel any pain never been to any injuries..i dont know

    Are ankle weights supposed to slide up and down a bit? I try tightening them as hard as possible but still slides

    Well, maybe you don't believe this, but they make me exceptionally faster. I can see and feel the difference in my speed when I take them off, especially much quicker.

      Rohan Mane don’t ever do that. You can still injured joints behind your legs, use it just for simple moves like dribbling

      I use then for everything, everyday. It all depends on the person. Just be sure to stretch atleast if you are using weights outside of your norm.

      It's really up to you, but like I said, be careful. You aren't trying to develop strength through using them. Unless you are planning on doing leg raises and knee extensions with them like I went over

      @@kristianpalmos4109 2.5 are good but eventually will be too easy for you. Those are more recommend for girls.
      You want to feel a real difference? Switch to a higher setting. I'm pondering whether to get 10 lbs each or 20lbs each.
      The 20lbs each leg run =40lbs total for $140 if you buy the best brand All Pro off of Amazon. $ 80 for the 10lbs on each leg =20lbs total. Cheaper brands for 30

      I have tried it, my friend :) All of this is simply my opinion. Obviously the best thing to do is try it out for yourself and if you start getting pains or indications of injury, ease off. Some people swear by it, some have been injured from it.

    This guy is crying wolf for no reason. Ankle weights are great. I wear two 10 lb ankle weights every day all day, for a month now.
