For me sustainable = repairable. As razer doesn't provide repair parts (even mouse/audio wireless dongles are hardly available) - this is not "sustainable" in my opinion.

Recycling isn't the only option... there's also reduce and reuse which requires companies make parts to repair slightly broken hardware

The products are bad quality and Razer Synaps is probably the worst program Ive ever dealt with in 20 + years of PC gaming.

Do you potentially plan to propose a return-type policy where people can return their old Razer products for a discount of sorts? Or is there something like that already available?
That way you can get a lot of the plastic back that you send out, making it a more circular model.
