The magic erasers / melamine foam are light abrasives for those that don’t know. They work great on most things but imo worth keeping in mind as it can change the gloss or matte finish of some materials. Test in an inconspicuous area before going full send

This channel is such a great source of ideas on getting the room very practical and aesthetically pleasing. I'm still a long way off from perfecting things but even now I really enjoy the experience of just being in my room; especially since I share a house with grown who won't clean up after themselves (yes, I've asked them to do so on several occasions), and generally don't care what their living space looks like. My room has become a haven. Everyone of these videos is just pure inspiration.
Never even knew that those magnetic cable ties were even a thing. That's definitely something I'm getting very soon as I have so many places I can use them. Also didn't even think of using some green masking tape to temporarily 'mask' something so viewers won't be able to see it. Very creative and a cheap way to improve the viewer experience. Love the ideas you are pumping out on this channel Frank!
Something I really like is fabric cable bundle sleeving, it’s not as rigid as a cable chain/spine but cleans up bundles of cables nicely while still looking pretty alright
I've legit been looking for something like that acrylic rack thing for a long time! I don't have much space depth-wise but I definitely have a lot of vertical space. You've ended my loooong search. I insta-bought after watching this.
Im so glad you made this video. I’ve been using an old wooden dinnertable(180x75cm) in my bedroom as a home office/gaming setup, but sometimes it’s hard to make the desk look clean and organized. Since it’s in my bedroom and my livingroom is next to it with an open space connecting the two rooms, I don’t want it to be too gaming-like. I adore the wood, and that my bedroom still feels like home instead of a lab. And I prettymuch attach, drill and saw my table to add or remove things and I thought that would be possible with a solid gaming desk. Now that you’ve shown this, I could keep the wooden look and still be very versitile if I buy this. Thank you 🙏🏼
They're relatively pricey compared to similar options but the Rubber Gear Ties from the brand Nite Ize are hands down my favorite solution for cable management. They're strong enough to hold down even the most stubborn cables and they have so many applications, you're really only limited by your creativity. I'm definitely going to pick up some of the magnetic ties you showed too, those look just as fun to work with.
That tape is specifically called gaffers tape, not masking tape. Quite possibly the best tape in existence, it has a cloth like feel to it, it tears from the roll easily, and leaves no sticky residue when removed. It’s used all over the world in movie studios, plays, etc.
If you like the pegboard idea, IKEA x ROG have one with a gamer aesthetic, but most importantly the option to purchase some dedicated peripheral mounts. I combined those with some magnetic tool/knife holding strips from harbor freight. It's perfect
I have the original Carpio model (without the strap) and it definitely takes getting used to, but once I did I love it! I never used to move my arm much when gaming but this thing gives me way more range of motion. It's a good deal for the price.
I have this acrylic desk organizer. Because I own so many mice it houses all of mine. You can do 4 per shelf. (I don't recommend using the top of it. Just like FrankP said) So in total you can fit around 16 if you use the front pockets. I do have several keebs but don't swap them enough to use the organizer for keebs. 😂
Was wondering what desk you have there in the showcase of the RGB Lamp? would love it if you could link me something similar. I'm moving in a month and am rebuilding my setup
I'll vouch for the slidepad and carpio. I've used something similar to it for my desk for a few months and even though it does take some time to get use to it but it does give that extra comfort whenever i use my mouse for extended periods. I havent use mine for gaming tho because the one i use have noticeably more friction to it than my mouse. overall tho it's really great
What kind of mouse flickers in the video? Turquoise, with a wave pattern on the buttons, fading to almost black. It is third from left to right when he put them on the organizer at 03:40. Tell me, please, what kind of model is it, custom or not?
A similar item to the first one shown is used in industrial applications when you need to cable manage Ethernet, air lines, electrical wire etc to machinery that moves. Robots and injection molding machines are a couple examples
who else noticed the repeat: 5:38 love your videos keep up great work!
was looking to see if anyone else noticed lol
What repeat, the item?

Yeah I think it may be a UA-cam thing cause I’ve seen this glitch in other videos
prob meant to trim it, but then got mixed up on if he trimmed before or after saying it so it got repeated.

Yes, especially dont use it on monitors. Same goes for alcohol/ the clorox wipes (if they are alcohol based idk)
also doesnt work on silicone/tire sealant... just found out
Yeah, they are basically a super high grit sandpaper.
Anything glossy will lose its shine, and over time it will wear through paint/finish on things.
I’ve been using them to clean my white shoes for years now idk why more people don’t talk abt them
Unmarked ones can be bought at approx. 10% of the Mr. Clean ones btw
