I'm a fan of both of them, and I've been watching their videos recently. The amazing power of big data once again drew me in, and surprisingly, they are also collaborating on guest programs together.❤😂

Sorry but I listen to all this talk about sleep problems. I have suffered with chronic insomnia for over 20 years..
Have you ever thought that there could be a bit of bad wiring? My GP agrees so I truly believe that’s true because over the years I have tried everything.
After all these years I feel I know everything about the problem, probably more than medical consultants. It’s very late right now. I have been in bed since
10.00 pm and I am still awake getting on 2.00 am.
I haven’t a worry in the world so it’s nothing to do with that.
I have no chance of sleeping now so I will have a really bad day tomorrow.
A lot of doctors and professionals really have no idea unless they have gone through chronic insomnia day after days without sleep haven’t got a clue how
serious this is. So much so that I have tried to take my own life 4 years ago because living without sleep is as I am sure you know it’s a form of torture.
    Good night.
Sorry to say this but I do believe that everything that you two gents have talked about is ********.
So sorry but it is myself that should be giving advice.
Once again I’m truly sorry to disclose my concept.
    Thank you.

You are asking a genetics question, and YES some people are born with bad wiring.

I feel your pain. I’ve been the same for well over 25 years and only lately managed to get better sleep with a combination of sunshine where possible being in the UK & having my main meal ( including a magnesium supplement) of the day early on and a light non protein meal no later than 4.30pm. Also making sure I’ve at the very least done a 15-20 minute walk during the day. It’s usually far more, but on the days I don’t play sport I do a short walk. I truly feel for you as I started to think life wasn’t worth living as my head was never clear and fresh and I was constantly going for a pee night and day because my body wasn’t rested properly. It really set things on the right track when I did a series of liver and gallbladder flushes and such a lot of stones were released but that isn’t for everyone 🤷‍♂️
