    After completing the 30 day intro classes, and now 71 of the 90 day challenge I finally did a wheel pose. At age 53 and never very flexible, I never thought I was going to get there! Next challenge...a handstand. Thanks, Lesley. I love your classes.

    Happiness is melting away in shavasana and having your cat come over and pur her happiness by your head :) I just had to share that. My cat is always showing up while I am in shavasana. she is too sweet. have a great day!

    it took me an hour to do this class (so many breaks!) but i'm so glad i didnt quit. feels amazing after sitting in a chair all day at work! thank you again for these classes Lesley

    Really loved this, nice to slow down a bit, yes, compare and dispair, I caught my reflection once in downward dog, not quite same as Lesley, but made me so uncomfortable! Never again! Thank you so much Lesley and family, miss you, Namaste

    Outch, I had to skip 6-7mn of the video this morning .. My body is too stiff after a long week of workshop, yoga classes, home practice and also a really intense week at work ! I just couldn't do the entire video, my body clearly need a rest (and I'm happy to see that I'm ok with this, I do not beat myself up for shortening the practice, I'm glad to respect my body !). See you tomorrow Lesley, I'll be on week-end so probably more well-rested. Thank you, Namaste !

    I love your practices! Sure I'm stronger and more flexible, but the most important thing is that I've found the most suitable way of moving my body. I used to exhaust myself with weight lifting and brutal HIIT workouts. Yoga feels easier, calming but is so much powerful. I have never felt and looked better in my life!! I'm grateful that I saw your videos. Now you are part of my life every single day :) Thank you! Be blessed!

    That was an intense one. Starting with a Sean Vogue Core workout just right before the day 71 has sent a sweat storm now. Loved it. Showed me my limits today. Hope to see you and Sean in a combined 30 day workout once in the future, after you have been to his podcast already!

    I loved this flow! The challenge of going from crescent to bringing the leg forward was energizing. I was so sweaty when she got to squats against the wall - I thought “oh good, leaning against the wall, that will support me. “ But then she threw in raise up a little & hold I had to drop to child’s pose for a moment. Thank you Lesley I believe you hear/see me 💞🕉 I’m not sure why I feel that. Love hearing modified options.

    Thanks so much for this yoga flow! The wheel pose was so easy today because I so well warmed up for it, and those wall knee sits were the perfect side up of challenging. :)

    I dont think I will need 90 days to build a healthy habit :) I think i was hooked after the 30th... Now I cant imagine not doing yoga with you in the morning. After day90, I am sure I will do this 90 day again, I am so curious of my development :) Thank you for being here for us.

    Awesome practice tonight! just finished reffing a night soccer game and what a great way to cool it down. I did cheat a little bit with the wall squats......sorry. Sunshine and butterflies to you! Until tomorrow

    Really liked this class today - slow and strengthening seems more powerful somehow and sometimes I find the fast classes don't fit so easily with deep breathing.

    Hi Lesley,
    First of all, a big thanks for your amazing and generous gift with this 90 days challenge!
    I did it each day since the 1st January and I love it!
    I won't be able to do the last 20 days because I leave for holidays and will be without an internet connection: It will be a good thing to be disconnected ...except for your challenge!
    I was wondering how long you'll leave the videos on your UA-cam channel because I want to finish my challenge as soon as I come back and honestly I plan to do it again ! I find it so fantastic to have this diversity and quality of yoga at home, with the same teacher, with the same voice, etc.
    Will let you the videos "forever" ? ;-)

    I was really misled by the word "slow" - I thought I could be taking it easy!! Very sweaty but as always a good practice 💕 I sometimes get discouraged because I can't do a certain pose or sequence, or because I get tired quickly but it all goes away once I'm done and I feel so accomplished! I love this 90 day challenge a lot Lesley, thank you 🙏🏻

    Thank you for the great session. I feel addicted to this yoga I feel relaxed and energised after the session which occoirs after a gruelling tabata plyometrics for 1__hour I admire your words of wisdom at the end hope we all get to put into practices. In real life tank you god bless .

    I recently hurt my back (I believe I was incorrectly performing upward dog) so this was a good, gradual conscious way to return to my practice. Thank you!

      Archie Borders I'm so sorry about your back. Be sure to always lift your hip points up toward your lower ribs and to keep your tailbone reaching toward your heels as you lift your inner thighs up toward the ceiling. In up dog, your thighs and knees should be off the floor. If it still hurts to practice it, stay with low cobra for a while. I'm glad that this was a good practice for you to come back to your practice!! :-)

    This is really nice! Thank you. The only comment I have is that it's not really a slow flow - some of the transitions were actually quite fast and it would've been nice to have more time in each of the poses. But your manner is lovely and I still enjoyed it :)

    First time to follow your session and I would like to say thank you, you're amazing. Easy to follow, lots of instructions. Would love to see more alternative poses for challenging ones. A bit distracted by the pauses where you arrange your top, but that means I get to breathe for even a second! Will try the other videos, too. Keep it up!

    Great class. I notice that almost all of our yoga fix classes include the bridge/wheel pose. I like it but is there a reason for it? THANK YOU FOR THESE PERFECT STARTS TO MY DAY:)

    Wow, that was tougher than it seemed, I am drenched in sweat and ready to go to sleep! :) On the wall squats my muscles just gave up on the last one :)

    Day 71- My practice was interrupted halfway through, because people came announced for a visit... and they stayed till after midnight! I was kindly suggesting that they should leave, but they just wouldn't go.... I suppose, this must be a kind of yoga challenge! So, I'm looking forward to rereat this practice, again, today.     That chair pose killed me! I was facing a mirror and my face looked like how I feel about getting an injection.
    With the wheel pose I don't have the energy to push my self up, so the top of my head ends up resting on the floor, I try to hover it over sometimes. Is that not recommended? Should I just stick to bridge?
