I know I'm doing a good thing when my 3 year old wakes up, runs downstairs, grabs her yoga mat and starts doing Downward Facing Dog in her, what she calls, 'yoga pants' (which are really just her cute flower PJ's! LOL Thank you Lesely for these superb classes!
I liked the different movements. Wasn’t sure I was going to practice today, I put my little pretty dog down today 😢. She was the last of the 3 dogs I inherited when my dad passed. More difficult because of COVID, they wouldn’t let me go in with her, just handed her over. I wanted to go to work (to keep busy) so I pulled out my mat and it definitely shifted my focus. Came home and cried a lot, but the yoga with Lesley got me where I needed to be mentally. Love you Lesley! Day 62 tomorrow …
It's icy rain this morning over the snow from yesterday and both kids have no school, so they did part of the practice with me and my son said that it was not that easy to hold the legs up while doing circles over and over! :-) That's what I like about your classes Lesley, they are different everyday with a good balance between challenging and gentle poses. You are the best!!! Thank you much. lots of love

I read that book. Such simple concepts but always doing your best is so important in all aspects of life. Your best changes all the time just like a yoga practice. I am tired this week and stressed so my practice is slower and more gentle but it is the best I can do...so much better than skipping it all together. Thank you!
I felt like the back and front of my legs were so free by even the middle of this class, which I was surprised by because of all the strengthening we did. I thought they would be tighter. My hips, however, were still sore/tight in happy baby, I think from all the other hip strengthening this week. Awesome, and unexpected class. Thanks!
Wow this is an amazing sequence !! Very strengthening, and some very fun moves ! I forgot how much my side glutes are weak, the circles with one leg are killing me, and the part with the strap is burniiiing ! I'll get back to this video more than once, I loved it !
This was a lot like pilates and I loved it! It burned a lot, and combining this with yesterdays practice was so wonderful. Thank you Leslie! You're doing such a wonderful thing for so many people.

Love going to the mat every day. This was my least favorite day in the yogafix series, I'm just not big on toning moves for toning's sake; much prefer the toning to happen as a by product within a vinyasa flow. But of course every sequence will not please everybody and I love how amazing you are at offering variety, so thank you!
This was the first day I've actually felt muscular pain during yoga in a long while! Although I will never love toning, I also know that the things I avoid are usually what is good for me. Yoga always has a way of reminding me to push my limits and not avoid hard or painful things just for the sake of comfort.
Had missed a few sessions due to work and travel, it was past midnight and I decided I cannot keep missing them. Found the energy to do it, and feel so grateful and happy and proud. Thank you Lesley.
Thank you for this practice! This week has definitely been my toughest I just got over a nasty two week cold. I've still been able to almost keep up with each class. One of my favorite classes. I have been trying to do this one at least once a week my whole pregnancy. 21.5 weeks pregnant currently. I absolutely love your classes, your soothing voice, and your ability to challenge and relax me. Thank you for being YOU, unique and wonderful you.

was a tough but great one! I love how you stay in shavasana with us. Makes me take that time to really make sure to finish that way. Its tempting sometimes to just say "okay done don't need to do it don't need to relax" but it IS important to finish with final resting pose! so thanks for leaving time for it! and I like the daily quotes

300521 I am generally following the order of Lesley’s classes and this is not one that I would have chosen for my now. BUT, I loved it, I feel great and at the end of the day (and the weekend) it was what I needed. I am surprised but happy and relaxed. I think I will feel those leg circles tomorrow, but for now, all is good. Thank you. Namaste.
I really like this practice - I think I've done it 5 times in the last week 😁 It uses muscle groups I don't use often. Can you sneak some of these repetitions in future practices? As always, thank you for a great class ❤️
with the thing where I was lying on my side and lifting one leg up and down (minute 8) my hip joints were making terrible cracking sounds with each movement (without pain tho). is that bad?
It's hard to say for sure....initially, I'd say that if there's no pain it's probably okay...sometimes air gets caught in the joints and the popping is moving it out. But, if it continues, it's best to consult your doctor...always better safe than sorry! :-)
