Do we need to include individual photos of both in both the envelopes? Or only one's photos in one's envelope?

hello mam , in vfs consent form , only my parents need to fill it because me and my brothers are minors , and if its true, my parents have already submitted their biometrics , so should they fill [ i wanna provide ] or [ i dont wanna provide ] or should them leave them both blank and sorry for bothering you

Hii…mam consent form mein signed at mein city woh fill krni hai jo passport mein hai or passport pickup wali …agar kisi ne passport kisi aur jgah se pick or drop krna ho passport
jis city se ap form fill kar rahe ho woh city hi likhe
baki jo courier form hai uspe apka address aa jayega yaha se passport pick hoga and signature ke sath place mei us city ko likhna hai jahan se ap form fill kar rahe hai
ek baar fir se video achhe se dekhe apko clear ho jayega

We have a family of 3(1 principal + 2 dependents). Do we need to send each passport in different envelope or single envelope to vfs? As it is mentioned in ppr email to send all documents together. Can you please suggest for the same.
yes if you have mail, you can send all in one envelope.

In case of minor, in courier form at the end in declaration statement, should we write their name or the parent name. Also who should sign in case of minor.

My old and new passports are stapled together. Should I send all together or should I separate them and send only new passport ?
There is no need to send old passport but make sure all details of old one has already submitted.
If you send new passport its good as it will get stemped but if you send both, there is no issue

it is not mandatory for minor but if you can pls go on and needs to fill courier form

you have to submit different web forms for yourself and for dependents and also will have to pay for both and send courier in different envelops

There is no need for biometric for children. And anything you can mention, no matter as it is understandable

on consent form, you will fill your passport address and on courier form, you have to fill passport pickup address

yes it is ok but you have not mentioned whether your son is minor or major. If he is major, he can fill and sign the forms
