I am back with another vlog as I said in my previous vlog that I am going to start my canada series where I am going to explain everything regarding Canada. Here is my vlog on Canada series it is all about How To fill Consent and Courier sms form for Canada visa stamping. As it is difficult for some of people to fill the form so here I tried to explain in short that how to fill it.. My wife has a Biometric appointment for Tuesday. She has filled only the Consent form and not the SMS form. She would like Blue Dart to pick the passport for stamping once approved. So, when she has to submit this document to VFS?

I applied for TRV when I were in Canada and I got the passport submission letter from Canada while I am here in India due to family emergency. I didn’t give biometric as it’s not required there. I contact vfs here and I already did payment for 2-way courier service and now I have to fill the consent form and my question is what should I fill in “signed at” block and what about biometric section? If someone can help me that would be great.
From where can I download SMS and Courier form- updated one? I can only find form effective 2016 and not 2019, the one you have shown here.
Can we write 2alphabets in one box space which is given in the courier and sms service formm... If the given space is insufficient??

You have to give your name only.. but different address will work..

I didn't understand the 2nd step, wherein it asks "declaration by applicants assisted by CVAC staff with elec application". What does that mean exactly. And is it necessary for all those who didn't fill the ppr appl i.e. they filled elec appl?
I don’t know exactly but i filled that area so you can.. otherwise you can ask your consultancy or email irrc and ask them.. :)

Hey, Can we write our personal address on the envelope or Blue dart office address (To, The officer, VFS Global Canada) if the pick up from Nearest Blue Dart Office not from Home ?? Bcoz I filled nearest Blue dart office address both in web form and courier form for pick up & drop.
Then it should be their address but still ask them!

Yes you need to.I have also sent them a mail after making my payment. Just sent them a mail requesting "Airway Bill Number" ,with the mail ID- passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com. After this,you will receive a response mail,followed by a mail with your Airway Bill number and passport pickup date.

i want to share a thing which can be helpful to those who mistakenly forgot to send three letters with Passport when they send Passport for visa printing process,
I got visa stamp on my passport while i sent only Passport
but never forget to attach forms with Passport

Hi Mansi, thanks for the video! My AWB airway bill that was given to me at time of passport pickup was different and the AWB airway bill that I got in the email you mentioned (with subject additional details requested) is different. Is this normal?
Okayy so in this case.. the AWB no that you got in your email is the one by which you can track your passport once it will be out for delivery from IRCC.. and the additional information requested is a wrong subject.. don’t do anything.. just wait for your passprt.. i don’t know why they are using that subject but its just they are providing you your Tracking id and AWB no..
@@mansipunyani6229 So the AWB that the bluedart gave me at home was for home -> Delhi and the AWB given in the weird subject email is for Delhi -> home. And they are not the same. Am I right?

You have to email them for two way courier..
Why did you sign the "Declaration to be signed ONLY by applicant assisted by the CVAC staff with electronic application form"? Because you were not assisted by them for your application so why should you sign that declaration?
i made a mistake by signing that declaration since i were not assisted by CVAC staff will it cause any trouble in stamping
I did.. it was my first time no one was there to tell me what to do. So i did according to me. And touch wood mera sab aagya. So can’t say anything

Address can differ from contest form and delivery address where as my passport address is different from delivery address??
In courier sms form you need to write address where you want your passport to get delivered..

It is for returing of your passport..only 4th question on that page is related to sms service..so whatever address you will fill there they will use that address to send your passport back..so write no on 4th one..and fill the full form..(i mean address one)
