For you the only suitable territory will be the New Delhi Jurisdiction and the same applies for people from the following countries : Nepal, Bangladesh , Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Afghanistan. Don't worry my friend when you select your nationality in the Applicant details sections , Centers from the New Delhi Jurisdiction will only be available to you whilst looking for an appointment from the VFS . Hi Sai ! Yes Slots do open every now and then . Make sure to check the VFS Website visa.vfsglobal.com/ind/en/pol/ for any of the latest updates in regard to the opening of slots (especially for South and West Jurisdiction) and Make Sure to check every wednesday for obtaining appointments for North and East Jurisdiction

To answer your question
As per the latest information from the VFS , for the South Indian Jurisdiction the next set of slots should be open on the 15th of May at 3 pm IST(Indian Standard Time) , but for the Northern Jurisdiction the next set of slots should be open every Wednesday between 11 am and 3 pm .
The unfortunate reality about this is that the VFS doesn't really have a specific time for the opening of slots , as we have heard candidates of getting appointments across different times of the day be it early morning or even late in the night . For better measure, We would suggest you to check every hour throughout the day when possible as it is only way to ensure that you have the highest possible chances of getting an appointment .
