SpartanRace - Спорт
I started training for another spartan race last year before my tumor started to really hurt me.....As soon as I can get this thing cut out I'll be back to the grind
i hope it's not cancerous bro as long as you are alive and breathing. Quitting is not an option get well soon bro. and keep fighting
Keep the faith and keep up the fight brother, you are NOT alone
got this bro
Any update bro?
Hope everything has been good man. ❤️👍🏾👍🏾
1) Eat one bite at a time. Dont think about the entire thing - it will overwhelm you n you will Quit.
2) Prioritise - Focus on whats important n ignore the least important.
3) When you r stressed, look at others going through the struggle n try to laugh about it. This makes it easy to bear mentally.
4) If instructors could do it, you could do it too. Maybe it will take u extra time or more attempts but you will get there (just hang in).
5) Focus on the Team. Dont prioritose yrslf over the Team.
6) Be all in, in what you do. Either Do it with Passion or Dont Do it at all
Thank you so much
just love this guy.......
Take the lead without being asked. Lead your boat crew, even when it's you that's holding everyone back. Show that initiative.
@@chewcab8008 I agree somewhat but I don't buy excuses. Chemical embalance in the brain is a physiological issue, however it can be overcome. Not with meds either. Will power is something one has matured over time since birth, being born with it. Or not. Certain people have the chemical and physical makeup to be in the Teams, or other SOF units, and sheer will power to move forward in that degree of selflessness and torturing of a career. Yes it's almost torture being in the Team's. I spent a long time with the Teams. Everyday was painful. Physically. The reward wasn't visible, the benefits weren't euphoric, and the mental challenges were beyond the scope of most people's machinations. At the end of the day, it was a job and nothing more. A career. A responsibility. Not something where I expected handouts or a pat on the ass and a atta boy sticker for a hardhat. Many think they can embrace the suck factor and motivation to survive Hell Week, and almost 80% get slapped with reality or a medical drop when they depart the Strand. It's mental fortitude. I've seen mentally handicapped persons with more will power and survival instincts with less selfishness than most of the guys who were on that beach for the first few days. Those guys are the ones who didn't make it. That's my take.
One more thing, when guys make it to day 5, with broken ribs and leg fractures, and still refuse to quit, that's the bottom line, that's all that matters. They may not be the fastest, best swimmers, or runners and mathematicians, but that's not what's first looked at, will to not give up is what's graded first before anything else.
Go Navy. 6 years special weapons, Lebanon, Grenada and NATO Europe. I left as a teenager and came back a man. Got divorced but as a single father, raised three boys through college. Praise God they are all doing well. The leadership I learned in the military definitely transferred to civilian life. I would do it all again
I would mostly certianly say that you have no problem with your sexuality you've had sexual intercourse with female(s) but Im also a christian however recently ive only truly embraced my faith and practice it but I cant make the decadeo of masturbation waver away from me and as a male i feel more sexually aggressive and combustful spontaneous I can control myself but im going to sin majorly in sexualy sin if i dont obtain a wife soon and i dont want to do that but since ive lusted after females in many forms i lust after any female sexually remotely provocative and i cant help myself most of the time and i know if i simply asked to have sex i know it would happen i cant belieeve it that at 20 years old i still havent had sexual intercourse with a female im not saying i dont want to however theres abuse that has happened to me that for some reason im afraid of females in some slight sense that i dont really understand but its that sexual abuse that ive experienced that makes me hesitate on acting on a female. thats why im sexually hyperactive. and i masturbate but i try to hold on as long as i can and this video had only a single lustful female whos a white woman with very revealing clothing and i just cant help myself I certainly need help if not by God then human if not then i dont know what else but it looks like my faith is dwindling again........even after going to a retreat!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for sharing, I’m only 19 but want to do just this, tired of shitty 9-5 dead end jobs
@@jom626 yeah I left as a teenager also. No regrets. Just that one choice and I ended up meeting someone and getting married overseas. I wouldn't have grandchildren today if I hadn't made the military choice. Lots of other things came from all of it. Definitely worth the adventure but you just have to put up with the parts you don't like LOL
you can do all that without going to the navy. Just saying.. but Im glad it worked out for you

"The more pressure the smaller bites."
Great quote and great advice
One day at a time because your next breath your next day is not granted. There's only one way of victory for your soul that's to call out to Jesus Christ the ultimate CrossFit champion of the universe the champion of creation.
Nobody could ever walk in Jesus Christ sandals but every step he took in those sandals was for you Jesus Christ went through the ultimate course against the devil in opposition in order for his final step to be on the cross with his arms stretched out as he was bloody beaten to say this is how much I love you.
LOOKING UNTO JESUS THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF OUR FAITH FOR THE JOY SET BEFORE HIM ENDURED THE CROSS GUARDING THE SAME AND IS NOW SAT DOWN AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD IN VICTORY

“If I cant effect it, I don’t even worry about it.” This is something I’m trying to teach myself now that I’ve discovered I have anxiety issues. That quote hits the nail on the head; we have to focus on what we can control and give our all to that and only that. Worry, fear, and anxiety can destroy us if we don’t learn to “break things down to small bites” and stay positive. These SEAL talks are such a help to me in learning to manage anxiety and try to be a good man, husband, and father.
Right. But knowing the difference between what you can effect and can't is where the anxiety comes from. You learn what you can and can't effect through experience though.
Keep pushing and improving man, remember you can train your head as you train your body, it will take time but that mindset eventually will become natural to you. I recomend you yo meditated 15 min everyday. Good luck
6 years in the Army in the 1990’s, the past 23 years as a firefighter. His advice is spot on. There are days I can’t believe what we are going through, but everything comes to an end.
This too shall pass 🔥✝️
You did your best and it's okay we know everything comes to an end but it is not always the end you know we can start in anything we are good at and for us people to be more productive in things.
I was hit by a truck and bed ridden for months, one day I got up and walked around for the first time which eventually turned into a run and months later I was training for my first ever triathlon. No matter what happens in life you can do it, getting hit by a truck and being at my lowest made me into the best person I am today. If I can do it you can too.
I was driving that truck!!!! I hit you on purpose.

1. "Watching this video just reinforces my immense respect for the Navy Seals. Their resilience is second to none. The mental and physical strength they exhibit in the most demanding circumstances is beyond admirable. I am grateful for their sacrifices and proud of their unwavering commitment to duty.
2."Massive respect for the Navy Seals and their extraordinary resilience. The way they face adversity head-on, adapt to unforeseen circumstances, and push through obstacles is nothing short of heroic. I am grateful for their dedication and bravery!"
The wall with the photos and the title "we will never let you die twice" is really touching.
For those who don't know, in theory, every person dies twice. When their body stops working/their soul leaves the body, and when their name is said for the last time.

Damn
Go navy
I'm not a seal, but these principles have taught me a lot as man and a father. I've learned to "embrace the suck" and move on whilst giving it 110%, because it pays to be a winner... and I know my son is watching me, and I want him to be a winner as well.
Your son will go far...you're a great dad sir...! Jim
You will be amazed how far this mindset gets you
1) Prioritize and break every stressful task into the smallest bite you can take. More the pressure, the smaller the bite.
2) Be 100% in all the time at whatever you do.
It’s called “bobbing.” Learned that in 67 in RANGER school. Then I took those skills to RVN. Best job I ever had !
I have so much respect for you American soldiers, you are one of the best in the world. Greetings from Germany. AROO !!!
America is always open you, my friend. Be it visiting or moving.
May be seeing us around if Russia keeps acting up
“when you’re about to quit, remember why you started”
Several years ago I was overweight and just graduated highschool, had toxic friends and was confused and aimless. Now im an Infantryman in the Army, cut those people out and got real friends and I box. Just do what you wanna do and cut through it like a sharp blade. Make your suffering useful to you, dont sit around and settle for bullshit, have some self respect and self love even if you have no clear reason to. The best type of confidence is when you have no reason to be.
Two son in laws in active service. Thanks for all you do. God's blessings. His Angels watch over you.
The Navy Seals in this video show real strength and courage. They don’t give up, no matter how tough things get. This shows how well they’re trained and committed. They are true heroes!
Awesome video. Live in the moment. Lost time is never found again.
Good quote
Very well said, I need this right now. Thanks mate
If you have a dream

"Be all in all the time-Tommy Valentine"
Great quote for life in general
Salute to all Navy Soldiers out there, we appreciate your efforts and sacrifices.
"The ones hanging back, worrying about their own needs, are not typically the ones who make it to the end." Reminds me of the words of a pastor (Rev. Richard Wurmbrand) who survived torture from Communist Russia. He said that those who looked out for the needs of others in the prisons were the ones who made it out alive. The ones who were hoarding food, rations, etc., were the ones who ended up perishing.
Seeing the Navy Seals face tough times with such strength really shows what people can do when they try. Their never-give-up attitude is more than just impressive, it’s amazing. Thanks for your service and for showing us what real bravery looks like.
SEALS are wonderful creatures.
Great Whites especially love them.
Old age will bring this on too. Be ready for it.
It is true that it is difficult, but you are more difficult than problems, so you will win
Prove it! All motivation is crap if you can't prove it in real life!
The father of a friend once told me "There is only one way to eat an elephant, and it's not in one bite. Anything slightly bigger than your mouth and no matter how hard you try you can't eat it straight away. Divide everything in small chunks and keep chewing, bite after bite. If you do it like this, as long as you don't stop biting, there is no elephant too big to be eaten". That has stayed with me since then, having a father figure really makes a difference.
It's always a pleasure to hear your considerate and reasoned critique. Whether the market is bullish or bearish, I don't care. Trading worked well for me because I was able to raise over 6 figures when I started with 4 figures in only a few months by putting Rodger Michael Karl's advice into practice. Instead of trying to time the market by getting in and out every couple of weeks, trade a little portion of your portfolio.
All I can say at this point is that meeting Rodger Michael Karl transformed my life. He has assisted us in paying off our debt and saving for the future. I made almost $220,000 during this downturn, demonstrating that there is more to the market than the typical person is aware of. The best course of action right now is to work with an investing advisor, especially if you're in danger of losing money.....
Thank you so much for the advice. Your coach was simple to discover online. I did my research on him before I scheduled our phone call. He appears knowledgeable based on his online resume.
I invest with Rodger Michael Karl. He's the best when it comes to making high profits in the financial market, he's well accredited and proficient to help you through managing your investments...
I just discovered his outstanding resume when I searched for his name on Google. I count it a blessing that I came across this comment section.
With the help Sir Rodger Michael Karl, I've gained perfectly well from my investment. The quantity of capital you invest, though, ultimately determines everything. With a substantial start-up budget, you could be able to earn more Gains..
I had the honor and privilege of working in an ER with a PA who was a seal at one point in his life and he always had one quote/saying that has stuck with me ever since I first heard him say it; "Small moves. No more or less" Made me think and I eventually understood what he meant and after 12 years, I still practice that everyday
y'all a Honorable Navy seal,
Salute to all of you
One day, one bite at a time, helps one to stay in the present moment. Thank you, love the video it resonates with me.
Indeed ma'am
I can watch 1000 Motivational Video's, but it'll never change how I feel or live my life.
• Hats off to the Navy Seals! They're super tough and never give up. Learning about their intense training journey has truly inspired me to face challenges head-on and never back down.
• Massive respect for the Navy Seals and their incredible resilience. Their strong attitude is so motivating. The dedication and strength they exhibit during their tough training is really inspiring.
I am going through a painful break up and this just reminded me about all the people going through real pain right now.
Time to hit the gym and let this garbage go. Thank you for the motivation.
Me too bro and that's exactly what I've done hit the gym and going to therapy you will get through it
Amen -same here. Let’s get at it
Watching this video made me admire the Navy Seals for their passion and perseverance to go through difficult situations. It's easy to give up when things get difficult, but what interests me is that giving up is something that they never thought of and that they didn't let any negative emotions or thoughts get the best of them.
This is a truly powerful and moving video. I really hear it in this guys voice how much hes been through yet how determined he is to get through it.
EVERY FAMILY HAS SOMEONE WHO BREAKS THE CHAIN OF POVERTY IN THAT FAMILY, I PRAY YOU BE THE ONE

The Navy seals are a great inspiration. The amount of resilience they have to go through all of the rigorous hard work they do and all the challenges they have to overcome regularly. They deserve so much respect and more.
Massive respect to the Navy Seals for having the commitment, resilience, perseverance, determination, discipline, and dedication to serve. Thank you for your service🙏
Training right now to become an Air force PJ. Leaving sometime before October to San Antonio Texas. Thank you for the words of wisdom/motivation. Stay strong brothers!
Best of luck man! I'm training for Army Rangers at the moment, planning on leaving to Fort Benning in early September. I can only imagine SF training, just happened on this video, first 5 mins made me feel better already. My career ended injured 3yrs ago 10 Nov 2019. Tried my hardest to stay with it. Still can't believe or remember the 3 days after they pulled me out of the field 14 Nov.
After watching this video, I never realized how much the Navy Seals had to go through just for their training- yet they still persevere through it just for the sake of their country. Their determination is so inspiring and reminded me to never give up or back down in any challenges or problems we might face in life. Salute to the Navy Seals!!
06:33 "Be all in, all the time". I salute that!
The determination and mental strength of Navy Seals is truly inspiring. Their resilience in the face of extreme challenges is commendable.
Everyone watching this, know that you are a rare breed. Most people are not living their fullest and they are not looking to make the world better. You on the other hand are making a good example with your actions. Know that you are here to make sure our children do not forget what having an ultimate spirit is like.
Hats off to the Navy Seals for their unwavering commitment and resilience. They are a true example of grit and perseverance.
This is something that you should be proud of. The trainings, the hardships and thing that made you stronger. Thank you so much for sharing your journey.
The 30mile road marches in the Army Infantry with ruck/weapon set me up for life!!
Great advice. This is how you must get through each day no matter how grueling and difficult it may be. Push towards the next step then the next then the next and so on until you reach the end of the day and expect to do it all over again. Don’t give up. Don’t quit
I am more grateful that we have this kind of people who have unimaginable strength and for them to have a mindset that inspires others.

This video is incredibly impactful and emotional. His voice truly conveys the depth of his experiences and the resilience he possesses to overcome them. It's evident that he has faced significant challenges, yet his determination to surpass them is unmistakable.

I remember being a 38 year old burnout when BUDs class 234 aired. Simply following the series rekindled things. After that I started swimming biking running. Finished many double centuries and IMs. All this from a TV program. Imagine getting a chance to go through that down in Coronado? Epic.

1. Kudos to the Navy Seals for their extraordinary resilience, their ability to stay strong despite going through a huge wave of tough training has given me so much admiration and respect for them
2. I admire the resilience of the Navy Seals. After learning about the extreme training they endured, as the speaker said. It inspires me to keep fighting and never give up on any obstacles I will encounter in my life.
Just outstanding. God bless each and every one of you
The Navy seal go through a lot of hardship in order for them to get where they are now and they deserve a huge respect and recognition for everything they been through
Massive respect for their work and their dedication to achieve their goal through resilience, perseverance and commitment and dedication to serve our country. Thank you for your service.
I was touched by this SEAL motto because I can relate: "The only easy day was yesterday." Yesterday is in the past so for us this is an easy day because we know in ourselves that tomorrow we will face another challenge.
So true, one step at a time! That’s the way to get through hard times for sure.
Be tough. Be humble. Be yourself. Be great!
The resilience of the Navy Seals is truly astounding- as I aspire to have that save determination they have in pursuing their goals even with all the challenges and obstacles they face every day. Their experience teached me a good lesson- and once again, massive respect to the Navy Seals AND NEVER GIVE UP!!
Watching and hearing these stories amazes me and truly inspires me. It shows their dedication and resilience in everyday life. I’m impressed that they show bravery and effort in doing hard work and not giving up easily!
Thank you for your service. Your grit shows that you are resilient enough to protect and serve us.
One bite every seal knows the rules.
Having a strong mindset is what overcoming is all about.
You don't have to be a special operator to cultivate that and have it.
*I wish everyone reading this the very best of luck in life, even though we haven't met and probably never will.*
When things got unbearable my motto was “I will quit tomorrow”
I admire their mindset: "If they can do it, I can do it." With this kind of mindset, it can help us see what we are truly capable of and achieve many things in life that we used to think that we couldn't. Very inspiring

it's always fells good to be reminded to take one steps at a time
I look back at my combat deployments and think of how truly simple life was. Money didn't matter, bills didn't matter, no social media, all you had to do was eat, patrol, workout, sleep. The culture shock of going back to our reality of the U.S was harder than the culture shock of war. Life can be a matter of perspective. I still at times have to remind myself...one bite at a time because civilian life can be overwhelming.
