I wouldnt use and i dont use these type of uv varnishes. If at some point you will have to solder it again for whatever reason - it is hard to remove it. Use better specific pcb coating products so they protect pcb and coated parts from the water damage but also can be fairly easily removed if need rework.
it comes off easily when heated up, I did have to remove it a couple of times, that's how I know. It might not be the best but it works fine :) thank you
Not saying this is good, but usually when starting a job there is a probation period where the company can get rid of you with or without a reason and with no notice or severance. You should be able to do the same if you get a better offer and your current company is not willing to negotiate.
