But there is a fan back there in the freezer and there is another fan in the back on the bottom. The fan in my freezer runs but there is no cooling happening. The fan in the back of the fridge is not moving. Have you taken off the back before?

Mine were moving as well but this method fixed it. The compressor came on and all is normal. Thank God!
