  • After getting over her trust issues, mostly, she quickly showed her beautiful nature. She is naturally a dominant horse, and this exercise made the world of difference

Very good as expected!!! Thank you for your special video for me!! 😊 I think next steps should be to come to her not only for taking her for training, but just to visit, to put halter on and off, giving some treats, having some walk together and leaving her alone to fix also pleasant imaginations in her head about people!!❤

I think you know my style already Alex! Did just that. And one day, boom, she took it like a champ.

She has a nice window in her stall. So fun. 😊

YES! Backing horses up is an incredibly good exercise for them! Whether dominant or not. It builds trust and respect. Also backing them thru gates.
    Haha.. bless you! 🤧
My last horse was a badly treated off the track thoroughbred. He was a kind boy but he resented humans due to bad treatment. He came at me quite a few times and I did think I was going to die. But this boy made me face alot of my own fears and I promised him that I would never hurt him and I'd never quit and I never did. Prior to finding you there were two men who really helped me with my journey with my ottb.. these men are Steve Young Horsemanship (UK) and Ryan Rose Horsemanship (USA). Like you they're both incredibly kind and humble with slightly different techniques however the same goals.. which us to set the horse up for success by asking the question and making the right answer easy (by the release) and the wrong answer hard (with pressure). I'm sure you'd enjoy watching both of these men as I have. We all know that our journey with horses is one of continual learning. This is just a suggestion on my part and made with the greatest of respect for you.. and not for any other reason other than we are always learning.. so obviously entirely your choice.. as always I love watching your posts and Sapphires journey has been simply humbling to watch.. many thanks 🙏💖✨️
