That is not the definition of servant leadership, servant leadership is never telling your team what to do, but instead just performing the tasks that they need to accomplish their goal, ie. you are their servant, you do the things which they can't practically or easily do, like connecting people with key business stakeholders so they can get details or providing extra resources that the team requests, but you lead by just setting the BUSINESS plan, you never specify the technical details about how things should be executed you just say what the business needs Also there is a lot more to agile project management than what was said, specifically the work of monitoring the changing needs of stakeholders and measuring the VALUE that the product provides to the stakeholders at each step of the way, which requires you to build in mechanism of measurement into the product or service that you are creating, though what was described is generally the core part of it
