I'm manager in South Korea and I found out this channel with a key word, project manager.I aslo am planning to get PMP license to become project leader in the future. But here's thing. English is still my second language but I have to call and speak english so it would be great if you share good tips how to lead business meeting or call. Hey, This is about my application via PMI site regarding the PMP certification exam. I did several projects in 4 companies as a continuous improvement engineer and my director is the continuous improvement project manager. So we must mention the four companies and the detailed project for each company via the application? If Yes, how because I found only one box to fill the experience. One question I have 29 months experience in the industrial field and not 36 months Will there be a problem? A solution please Cdt,

Hi @MaxMao! You're doing a great job educating and motivating people like me break into PM. I want to ask, I have a background in SaaS Customer Success Management and have a Marketing & Management degree. I have gained basic Project Management experience working on projects working as Customer Success Manager. Can I break into PM with Google Certificate? Or I will have to take a PMP certification to land my dream remote PM job? I know PMP will seal the deal for but will alternate (easy) PM certifications help in anyway?

If so, do you ever find yourself referencing them in your work? 2. What's your take on the PMI Membership? Outside of the discounted exam fee, I'm not sure I'd find value after passing the exam. 3. What future plans/advice do you have for the 3-year certification renewal?

Hi Max, yelp elite squad member for 6 years here. I had no idea that the yelp elite squad existed until my local yelp Community Manager sent me a private direct message on yelp about 6 years ago and invited me to be a yelp elite. I read up about what it was and it sounded like fun, so I accepted the invitation. It has been an amazing experience! I just came here to see what you had to say out of curiosity. Every once in a while I google "yelp elite" or similar search terms and see what comes up. I am laughing really hard right now at the yelp review that briefly popped up in this video that stated, "The entire kitchen and wait staff saw an ice cream truck and ran outside, leaving me alone in the restaurant. 10 minutes later they all came back with ice cream cones. I still can't believe this actually happened." OMG, this is one of the funniest 1-star yelp reviews I have ever seen... and I read probably thousands of yelp reviews per year, too (written by both elites and non-elites). Such an original review. Nice choice to feature it here :) [Edited to add: I just read the other yelp reviews and google reviews that popped up briefly in this video and they are pretty out there, too... are these real google reviews and yelp reviews??]

Genuine question, how effective are playbooks despite being helpful that the intended audience actually utilizes them? What is the average usage rate over other sources of info? And how does marketing them play a role? But, I want to call out how great this tutorial is for a beginner like me
