Thanks a ton for this video, man. I'm going back to school in my mid 30's to finally get a degree and get a more stable career, and have been vascilating between the various business degree options. Throughout it all, I always have thought that my greatest strengths were an instinctive ability to identify problems and inefficiencies, and a deep passion for getting a varied group of people on the same page and moving in the same direction, according to their strengths and weaknesses. Your concise breakdown of the PMs role (which just happened to be pretty much exactly what i just described 😂) has given me an immense amount of peace of mind and confidence about what direction i need to go. Hello, please could you share where to find your Google doc with key concepts

Provisional pass as of yesterday! I followed most of Max’s advice, except for the PMP process mapping game, David's 300 agile questions, and the Udemy course-I didn’t have enough time, given I only had two weeks of serious studying. I relied heavily on SH and found it very helpful. The AR TIA simulator is a good starting point for explanations, but it doesn’t exactly match the mindset PMI looks for. Thus, making sure to also take some PMI practice questions is best. Good luck everyone!

Hey I just wanted to say thanks. I followed the advice in this video. My exam was scheduled four weeks from the time I saw this video, so I went through the motions twice and passed the exam on the first attempt.

fellow singaporean here! nice to see that you had a great time here :) although for future reference, if you ever get to try the kaya toast bread and egg again, you might want to pour less soy sauce into the egg since too much sauce might overpower the egg flavour XD rather, i would have added abit of sauce & abit of pepper, and then mix the egg + condiments well, before dipping my toast into the egg! the authentic singaporean way :)
