great questions! playbooks are effective when you have good buy in. it’s important to build them with your stakeholders from the start so there’s investment & thoughtful discussions around the content / process. the utilization rate depends on how successful you were with building it and getting adoption.
I cannot thank you enough. I was really struggling with how to create a playbook. I moved from a highly technical role to the project side. My brain hasn't figured out the admin side yet :).

When you say "Ownership" under Team Charter, what exactly do you mean?
