I love that Gordon has a genuine interest in learning, he goes in open minded despite being an acclaimed chef to truly learn how different cultures make food. That makes him a true master chef and not just a 'celebrity' chef. He learns the authentic way to do things and actually gets his hands/and feet dirty and puts his ego aside to learn. I really love Gordon.
