      @@thefenerbahcesk4156 I am doing a Biochemistry degree and we were told we have to know the mechanism. The key point is to understand the principles underneath (how it works, why it works that way, understand the flow of electrons) it so that you can be able to "solve" other mechanisms as well. Hope this is helpful :)

    I've watched a lot of lectures on the internet, read a lot of books in my lifetime. This is one of the best explanations I have ever seen in any subject, clearly spoken, not many mistakes and summarizes the "big picture" so at the end of the day you are taking home the right message.

    Amazing the clarity with which you explained this - It really helps that you explain each step and why it happens instead of just describing what happens. I can't explain how poorly and confusingly my lecturer taught this.

    In step 3 you should have an amine group leaving and deprotonating the histidine, not an amide.
