Meclizine !! The med that seems all doctors prescribe for vertigo. But just like other meds it has side effects and doesn't work for everyone. I also talk about dementia that we hear Meclizine can cause too
Thanks Dave. I use non drowsy Dramamine only as part of my rescue meds only. It takes symptoms down and no drowsy zombie feeling. P.S. As long as you didn’t try to brush your teeth with your keys. Ouch😂
I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease in 2007.... The first things he put me on was a water pill and prednisone (my body did not like the prednisone) so we started betahistine so far so good.... He said since Meniere's affects people in so many different ways that one medication won't do the same for everybody..... Have you found this to be true in your research?
BTW these videos are a lifesaver nobody understands MD but the ones who have it. Also got my journal up to date

My ENT just prescribed prednisone already on meclizine
I take 3 diazepam a day it seems to shorten the episode. But I have vigo attack every week.
Do u think Claritin is the same
I think it does a similar job but not as effective
