Nice video. I‘m right in the middle of my transformation. I also experienced bad heart palpitations, numbness in my legs, difficulty breathing, lots of weird chest pain. Went to the doctor and bc of this PC crap on obesity, he basically said, „you look normal. No need to change anything.“ I thought, I‘m gonna die and this bloke is telling me to relax. I am in week two of my watching my food intake, daily walking, working out every other day. Bravo to you for making this video. Bravo

Mostly through nutrition and exercise, nothing too complicated about it. Insulin Resistance is the main hormonal imbalance we see in people. You can lower you carbs intake and also implement fasting or intermittent fasting to down regulate insulin and up regulate HGH. Make sure to eat sufficiently and not begin any sort of "hypocaloric" nutritional system. Another hormone that often needs to be balanced is Cortisol which is referred to as the "stress hormone". So, you need to eliminate sources of stress in your environment. I hope this answers your question ~
@@electricafroman how is it dangerous? Fat is fuel for ur body. So if ur a fat ass its in no way dangerous. Its more dangerous to remain fat. U think animals in the wild eat 3+ meals a day? Lol get some common sense. Us humans aint no different. Obviously if u have some crazy sickness try taking fasting slow.

Biology doesnt work like that. Your analogy is based in physics. Biology recycles, it doesnt just "out" things.

I can only walk for about 10 min till I’m hurting I get shots in my back every 3 months
