This banana bread recipe has been a very regular treat in our home for almost 30 years now! Everyone in the house loves to see another batch of banana bread has been made! Maybe... that's why everyone tends to let bananas get too ripe so often! :-)
We enjoy eating bananas, certainly, but when those over ripe bananas are made into this amazing banana bread, they do not last long at all! They are also very fun to customize with a variety of different added ingredients for each of the small loaves in each batch. Blueberries, varieties of nuts, mini chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, raisins, etc... you can try something different each time you bake these!
