So I liked it a lot because it was different from the usual workouts and challeges balance a whole lot. I can already feel my legs and knees stronger and postute better the next day. Amazing! After (or before) a full day working sitting at home in front a laptop, standing workouts are the best ! I’d love more of them :) And those are more practical to do outside at the park without having to carry a mat ☘️🌳🌞

I have been doing your workouts for awhile and I really enjoy them. If I could give you a bit of advice, pay more attention to your Cooldown and Stretch. I don't have to tell you that Stretching is so important to the overall health of your body. I find that you rush through each stretch, once I'm in the stretch your on to the next one. It also seems chopy, as if it's just something you include without much thought on effectiveness. I always have to go to a separate stretch video to care for my body. Since there are so many stretch videos out there this could be your reasoning, just thought I would mention it. BEST TO YOU!
