A quick note on the fossil shark tooth: That is a tooth from an Otodus obliquus (mackerel shark) from the Late Paleocene (~56 million years ago) of Morocco. The little fossil set next to it is a grinding tooth from a Myliobatis dixoni (eagle ray) from the same time period and location. They are real fossils, but they are artificially set on "matrix" made from sand and glue -- a common scenario for Moroccan fossils. They're not particularly valuable, as they are plentiful and easy to get, but they do have a bit of a neat-o factor for beginning collectors. And that, boys and girls, is your paleontology lesson for today.

For all those who are feeling very sad and speculating that a very young person lived in this home and passed on, Alex noted in a reply to someone that the man who passed away was in his 60's and had a son in his 20's. Sixties is still far too young but he also was not in his 20's as many are speculating due to the snowboarding gear etc. Death is always sad and these videos where we see the last dish still sitting where the man who lived there left them the last day he walked out of his home hit hard. We are all going to pass on at some time and most of us will not have any idea when that last day is going to be.
My best friend of over 32 years dried her dinner dishes and went out to get her last steps in for the day, she was obsessed with her 10,000 steps counter, she took very good care of her health. She was not 3 minutes from her house on the sidewalk when a man who drank his dinner at the local tavern hit and killed her, she had just celebrated her 55th birthday. She left her dishes drying in the rack , intending to put them away in 30 minutes when she came back she never did.
Alex's videos do many things, and have provided me with countless hours of incredible videos filled with so much love and empathy for those who have passed on, and in some cases when he started the video series where still with us. His videos are a stark reminder that no one knows when will be our last hug, our last "i love you" to those we hold so dear to us. I sure wish I could tell my best friend one more time how much i treasured the decades of ups and downs we had lived through together, but I was left holding her hand in the ICU with her hooked up to a breathing machine while they searched for others to receive her organs as she left this world giving vision and life to others, just as she lived her life always thinking of others.
I am reminded to get moving on sorting through things that need to be sold or donated or pitched because I would hate for my family to have to deal with my clutter in such a time of sadness and grief. Alex provides an incredible service to families and does it with all the kindness one would expect from a fellow Canadian.

The EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 box at 25:30 was once containing a close to top tier graphics card from a few generations back. It can still be used for 1080p gaming if you find it and it works properly, as it still can compete with a modern RTX 3060 just without raytracing, I'd check inside the computer tower in the closet at 21:55. If it's in there the chances are that the rest of the computer parts in it is pretty top of the line from a few years back as well.

Here in the states, used trucks, especially 4x4 and lifted are well over $10K US. Between the cars and the motorcycles you are well over your costs. The tools and other things are a huge bonus for your own garage along with the engine lift and stuff in the shed. It's going to be fun to figure out what to keep and what to sell.
