I watch your videos and it has been a great source to help workout my Seniors. I love what you do and thank you for sharing! I want to stay as active as you are when I am older.

Definitely better with the sound on now I'm back from my daughter's, ws just with her for the first couple of weeks she was out of hospital. I have to really get back into the swing of things properly with my exercises now
This one went well today Cindy though I wasn't sure I hadn't already done quite a bit today. You certainly got me putting effort into it and my tracker would have been screeching if it could talk. My heart rate went rather high so yes slowed down a bit but while it went down I still moved. Does me good to get the heart pumping and eventually maybe it will pump better through the veins in my calves 🤞 🤞 Thanks :-)
First time I've done this one Cindy and a first for a 20 mins one. I wasn't sure whether I could manage the extra five mins, yes I know only five but especially atm but apart from my watch telling me I had to slow down once as my heart rate was too high it was all good. You're always saying to be careful anyway which is great. I did really enjoy this exercise thanks. 🙂

A good exercise but as I don't know it so well a little difficult when I can't have the music or you explaining the moves. :-)
