    Thank you so much for this outstanding explanation. This is so helpful and gives us a lot of better understanding about the technologies of nano-structure and especially a better imagination when I am reading an academic paper. I am very grateful, much appreciation of your work.

    Love pyrolysis. Very good quality, and can be done in atmospheric pressure. Only problem you need proper chemical precursors. That is why I moved to a modified sputtering arrangement, took me two years to perfect its quality, but I did it! I have perfectly transparent and conducting TCOs, among any other thin film I want.

    A very Interesting video about CVD process with good explanation , Thank you! If possible, please make a video on PVD Coating processes as well ( Thermal Evaporation & Sputtering methods specially )

    Fantastic presentation! Enjoyed it a lot.
    I have one question though:
    Is the silicon wafer boat maintained at the same temperature throughout its length, realistically speaking?
    If not, then should we expect a gradual decrease in BN concentration through the length of silicon wafer also? (Following similar logic to the gradual change in concentration in the precursor tube*)
    Or will the thermal diffusion of gas at that temperature nullify such effects?

      The second guess is the right one. The thermal diffusion is one of the top advantages of CVD processes because of uniform layer growth

    What level/standard cleanroom is this process performed in?

    If the material that is being used as a coating is inside the chamber with the substrate isn't it qualified as a PVD method?

    Excellent!
    I have a question, why do the "B-N" nanoparticles deposit? I mean, I know they are not vollatile as H2O and H2 (byproducts) but I imagine that they're so light that the gas flow should carry them away also.

    Thank you so much for helping me. I would like to ask you something, is it possible to obtain fiber structure by chemical vapor deposition (cvd) method?

    • @pengwu2581
      @pengwu2581 3 роки тому

      Yes, by using some gas precursors and catalyst, you can have some nano fibers like carbon nanotubes grown by CVD process. U can take a look at some review papers about CNT.

    Probably a stupid question for experts like you. Can you tell me what is the current infinitesimal? The smallest object? what is the smallest thing that we can see through microscopy/microscope/s? Are you seeing the smallest things? And also what do you use as a sample? Can anything be used as a sample? Cheers, from a new subscriber.

      We can see atoms, their structures through microscope, obviously not our normal microscopes but SEM and TEM type microscope, where mapping is done by electrons
