did you use gelatin mass (powdered gelatin with added water until it is hard) and used 10g of mass or was it leaves? if you used leaves or powder what strength?

Hi, Bloom 200 I'm using. 10g gelatine can be gelatine sheet soaked in ice cold water. 10g gelatine powder, soaked in 60g ice cold water and after melted ( 1 part gelatine 6 part water )

the cream used in the video is double cream, if using sweet cream don't add the sugar :D
