I always watch all your videos. You explain very well. I used to cook all these sweets years ago, when my children were young. I am so glad that there are some of you, you tubers, who are sharing these recipes, if not for you all, our younger generation, would not be able to cook these traditional sweets. I learnt from my grandma and mother. Those days it was a must, for young girls to know how to cook well before marriage. You normally used to stand and cook. Aren't you well. Please don't sit so near a pot of hot oil and cook. Don't get me wrong. I only mean well. Just be safe. As I am 74 years old, I am very cautious. When my children wery small once I made Jangri previous day of Deepavali. The same evening sweet was over It turned out well My mother advised me that I use only Udith Dal & no addition of any other flour. Only to get the correct stage of jangri, continuous grinding of udith dal till the last to get the fne butter stage so that flour should not settle down.
Soaked udith dal ground in wet grinder is perfect & best so that flour doesn't get hot
