Hi Mizi
This is another one of my favourite exercises. You pack in a lot of different dynamic poses and each exercise is only 30 seconds. This for me is much better than when you have each exercise for one minute. I guess if someone wanted it to be longer they can just do it twice. So thank you very much and I really do appreciate your exercises which don’t hold each pose for too long. 🌺.
you make the best stretching videos! they're not too fast yet not too long, we have pauses in between to have time to switch positions, the music is amazing and all the stretches are so relaxing
