Hi Mizi This is another one of my favourite exercises. You pack in a lot of different dynamic poses and each exercise is only 30 seconds. This for me is much better than when you have each exercise for one minute. I guess if someone wanted it to be longer they can just do it twice. So thank you very much and I really do appreciate your exercises which don’t hold each pose for too long. 🌺.

I workout 3-4 hours after a meal and I still get good results, so don’t worry about it :) Just don’t workout way too soon after having a full meal.
