I just picked up a 95 wolverine . can you do a video on how to put it in reverse and in neutral as well as to how to shift gears

just click all the way down in to put it in neutral. then when it is in neutral twist the rev thing and pop the shifter down. release the rev thing and you in reverse.

where does the tiny little 2 sided spring go??!??!?!?!!

It’s to slide under the metal tooth bit that comes in and out when you pull the cord, it catches the starter motor
