- Zur zweiten Tour des Wochenendes bekam die K1600-Fraktion Verstärkung aus der Schweiz - Herren Simon liess die Freundin alleine und fuhr einen Teil der Strecke mit. Dass er früher vor allem Enduros ritt hätte man fast nicht bemerkt. Nebenbei bemerkt, perfektes Wetter, super Verpflegung und eine abwechslungsreiche Hotelbar - so ist das wenn Bengel reisen.

Why not? If you are vaccinated you should be able to enter Europe. BMW in Munich rents motorcycles and if you also feel comfortable on narrow and winding roads, we would be happy to meet you.

Hello Sir Arthur thanks for the news, I am still interested in the K 1600 although it is certainly heavier than the RT for two main reasons. First the fantastic 6 cylinder second the very useful reverse. If the RT at least had it as an option for the engine is already excellent then even my interest would drop a bit. however now I have sold the RT, where I live at the foot of Mont Blanc and Monte Rosa in Aosta valley it's too cold. In January I 'll buy , if there will be a good K, otherwise an always excellent RT so you can leave in April for some good laps.ciaoooo Alberto
I wish you a wise decision and the right choice. Unfortunately, the new K1600 should cost well over 30,000 euros. That is already ambitious. I never missed reverse gear between 2013 and 2020. First think then park. The engine, however, is a dream - the transmission, as usual with BMW, is not quite at this level.
the price will be high, at least like the old model but with the excellent BMW contracts you can succeed in the purchase, the important thing is that it is always at the top for long journeys, and maybe even beautiful. beautiful places I know them well, you are a nice group of friends and .... great bikes. I just sold my RT and now I am waiting for the new K that I hope to buy from March 2022 (is there any news?) otherwise a ' other Rt 1250 latest model.bye Sir
Unfortunately, there is no official news - after the change from Euro 3 to Euro 4 in 2017 felt like a catastrophe, we are no longer interested in buying a K1600 with Euro 5.
Now almost all of us drive a GS / GSA or RT.
This is also possible and in some situations 50 kg less is also an advantage.
