    I've never seen this technique before. Usually when people show me an invisible colour change I can see a very obvious seam running through their item. Your technique truly is virtually invisible. Thank you for sharing!

    This is very easy to follow and looks great when finished. I make hats for the homeless and like to do color changes to make them pretty. This is a great method. Thanks so much.

    I love this! I also love the way you explain it and the easy to see work you are showing. It all works together so well.
    I’ve been crocheting for over 50 years and have always hated making things on a round because I can’t stand the lopsided rows. I’m not entirely a perfectionist but that always bothered me. Now I’ve found an easy fix so I thank you! I can get on the Christmas presents for grandkids now. Thank you so much!

    I have a bad memory. I have watched this video so many times. It’s brilliant and your instruction is so clear! I wish I had learned this a year ago! No more videos for me on color change. I’m making a striped bag and almost done. Already ordered more yarn so I can do it this way! Do I just keep going when I complete a round with no color change or do the invisible join each round?

    • @rosalina5328
      @rosalina5328 Рік тому +1

      I did too, until I changed it up a little. Instead of doing the standing crochet method (pulling through a loop and leaving the slipknot in the back and then putting the hook through both), I only connected with a slipknot: (put hook thru stitch, pull up slipknot, yarn over and through). this seemed to work for me. I still have a very very very slight jog but it seems less visible than when I did it the way in the video.

    Hey there, thank you for this video, i'm still struggling personnally because even though i do all of the well explained steps, my round still ends up one stitch short ! Before the color change i would have 18 stitches and after the color change i'm down to 17 ! I watched multiples videos and was wondering what am i doing wrong ?

    That's called a standing single crochet where she starts a row with a new color, just fyi - others do it with the slip knot already on the hook, but it's the same thing.
