Great review, game 1 playing around sorc/bls instead of noc makes sense and I agree that I wasted resources game 2, game 3 I saw the raigeki break off dustshoot but I should have indeed used pwwb at the point mentioned overall I was not consistent at worlds, there were games I played well and games I lost to silly mistakes, I can't control timezones but I can control how much practice I put in, thank you for review
I think a good lesson here is when you're in time and was ahead on life points as much as Dale was, you should make the play that doesn't let you lose rather than the play that let's you win
Honestly, I blame a lot of the misplays on fatigue and stress. You’re mentally exhausted and the added pressure of being in the finals doesn’t help. I’ve gone deep in toureys and even won a handful. I remember that in a finals I gave the game away gm 3 only to have my opponent give me back the game and let me get the W I don’t remember exactly how it went down, but it would be like summoning breaker and having it torrentialed while having heavy in hand. Then my opponent setting the GS Spy on an open field while I was at 1000. Then I draw NoC get back Serpent, and atk for game w/ serpent. Mistakes of this caliber in the finals. It happens.
In g1, "no reason to suspect steal"? I dont think so. People tend to use mst or breaker if they have follow up. So, the follow up what can be?Either Steal or raigeki considered no dark monster in gv.
OMG Game one was won by Jase because the thrundra should have been wing blasted to deck (but Dale put it back in his hand) and so the next card that Dale would have drawn would have been Thundra and not Sorc hence the Spy could have gotten in with damage and next turn we kill sinister with sinister and spy for game. Super surprised how that happened, especially since later on wing blast was used right.
And a similar thing in game 3 where the thundra was discarded by dust shoot instead of shuffeld back into the deck. So there wouldn't have been a second light for the sorc later on. How is this happening at worlds?
He chained PWWB to Dekoichi. TDrag DID go to the top of the card and then Dale immediately drew it for Dekoichi. Then in game 3, TDrag WAS sent to the deck and then Dale immediately discarded the copy remaining in his hand to search it. This isn't complicated.

I didn’t go back far enough to see the dekoichi being flipped and him skipping the steps just made me not realize. With the thundra in the 3rd game i was also just not getting the skips that were done as it seems. What hubris to think i saw a mistake in a worlds match! I got a lot to learn.
At 11:45 I don't think the raigeki break was well timed personally, for one it was blind out of 3 and if you were to use it I would have used it on the middle card that you gave away that it wasn't chainable already. Also at 16:40 I agree with setting the spy over dekoichi as if it gets noc'd then you don't have to worry about their spys where as setting dekoichi and getting noc'd you miss out on potential card advantage(s). But he also said that he didn't think either was a better play which I didn't notice at first. Also at 20:30 I personally would have went for game instead of what he said. That's about it though, obviously I disagreed with a lot of the plays made but that was all for the commentary. Let me know what yall think, am I crazy or what.
Holding Dustshoot on t1 would also be a misplay, as there are a lot of ways that it could go badly. Misplaying in the hopes that your opponent will also misplay is not a good plan.
This video contains multiple instances of people playing around Nobleman, lol. Yes, good players play around cards that their opponent is likely to have (or, in the case of Dustshoot, ones that they know their opponent has). I'm sorry if that makes you upset.
Work on your commentating dude. We want to hear what the people who are actually in the world’s tournaments are doing. Not what some geek off the street thinks is the best play for the people who are actually qualified to be in the tournament.

Ok i forgot that this was on of those rare situations where we didn't know the sinister in hand, but i think it was still winable.
