#YuGiOh
Imagine someone robbing this guy and taking 50$ out of his wallet not knowing he has 6500$ in his deckbox
Filip Vidovic lol
Um subbing to u now
Odkud si?
He doesn't almost all of those prices were wrong only the champion pack prices were right really.
I know someone who has that kind of money.
This man needs to walk around with his cards in a briefcase like Kaiba
he should refer to everyone as yugi boy loooool
@@ceijaygomez2017lmaooo😂
I like how he was more interested in explaining why the cards were in his deck rather than how much they cost
Obviously that's what we wanna see, the massive numbers, but he comes off humble as frick :)
This is so cool because we have the player showcasing their deck and they look so happy doing so,rather than having the content creater making these deck and making a video
Imagine having a $500 brick.
Is this a competitive deck?
Johnhae P nope. Not in this format
Johnhae P yeah, its goat format
there is a brick that cost that
Cocaine bricks are way more valuable. 😂
I remember farfa profiled a guy at a ycs and his entire extra deck was prize cards.
where did you see it? UA-cam?
@@jepripernando7232 yeah, it was on Farfa's channel
@@blinky_52 what video of farfa?
what vid ?
What vid?
Feb 2020 : "this guy is crazy !"
Feb 2021 : "this guy is rich !"
I liked this vid buy just a small criticism, the life point sound effects were too loud especially towards the end when he was going through cards a bit faster and the noise just starts to drown out the volume of you guys talking. Still a great a vid but just wish that noise was a bit quieter.
try turning the volume down
@@RealRywick that doesn't make the people speaking louder, though
@@RealRywick4 years later and your idiotic reply to my comment still stands. Are you still a dummy, or have you gained any common sense?
It’s funny cuz only like a year or two later goat format has been doing really well and the costs of these cards have jumped significantly since this video too
Wow so many memories. Yu-Gi-Oh at its finest right there.
I priced this deck out today on tcgplayer and all the values of these cards have doubled or in some cases quadrupled. That deck is pushing $10,000 now. Max rarity OG cards are an investment for sure! Insane that it's gained $4,000 in value in under a year.
All it took was a pandemic + stimulus checks + inflation.
This sounds more expensive than the evil heroes, which i'm looking to play.
You can make that deck for under 200$ if u use the cheap versions. Breaker is at 50 cents common and theres a 1$ super rare
@@livingstone1084 good to know
You poor man
@@pollstagram5671 what do you mean?
Living Stone what is breaker?
I bet the price of this deck almost doubled now.
When I first started playing I thought GOAT format was where all the decks ran 3 scapegoat
same!!
You mean it’s not?
@@Yugiboii it is not
What is goat format anywah
@@arminarlert1953 The GOAT format where yugioh was way more tons of fun
I dont think I spent that amount in my whole yugioh career spanning 10+ years...
Oh it's very easy to spend that much if not more, especially if you are running max rarity meta decks.
Like back in the day dragon rulers was a 1k USD deck and it wasn't even the main deck, it was the side deck with the dracosacks and big eyes
$100 for commons, ill take the $20 deck please
Don't buy from them prices are off
Beast down is pretty much 10cents a card
His deck is trash and all common cards
@@saberfraley537 it's like half ultimate rares lol
@@imnotacat5299ultra rares lol don't think ultimate came out back in 2005
Extravagance spyral: I'm weak
this deck bring back memories of what me and my friends used to play back in my teenage days in 2004-2006. but me and my friends chaos deck will have these few cards too- chaos emperor dragon envoy of the end, dark magician of chaos, jinzo, cyber jar, D.D. warrior lady, magical scientist, Spirit Reaper, sangan, Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer, Witch of the Black Forest, Yata-Garasu. we played OCG format, singapore players.
When some people have troubles to buy a car, this man can buy 2 by selling his yu GI oh deck
I hope you all appreciate his wholesome smiles @ 03:29, 4:48, 6:26, 7:47, 10:52, 12:03, 12:33,15:39, 16:51, and 17:02.
As of November 20, 2020 this mans deck, extra deck, side deck, and extra cards are worth around $13,760 😱
Yes, I was calculating along with Sam to see how much cards can skyrocket in price over time. 9 months after this video went up, all the cards have fluctuated in price. Insane video and insane deck!
Sources for pricing, TCGPlayer and for cards not found on TCGPlayer, EBay Auctioned cards that sold.
Lol thanks for calculating :) hopefully we can do another video soon because I've since picked up a bandai mirror force, English rp goats, English cp book of moons, and other fun stuff :)
Has it gone up or down in the last 2 years
Bruh those chairs look like the ones at a yum cha restaurant
I thought the same thing lmao
Thank you for this. Wish more people would play this format. It was actually fun.
Either this guy sells cards for a living or got to ask him where does he work and have time to play yugioh
It took him 5 years to build this deck. It's not that hard even for a regular person to put $1K into your deck a year for 5 years. This is the result.
@@Bakapur he also didnt even put that much in, he said later int he video he picked up the morphs for $10 a copy. He might've gotten the deck for less then $1k if he was early enough
@@Bakapur yup even at min wage, you can get cards one by one or wait like 2 weeks to get a playset, even going to events and trading for them isn't very hard
@@meetRS268 also his foreign card prices will change daily depending on the current currency exchange rates, so they could be like 100 today but be like 60 the next
I have these cards, just got save your cards and stop trading i been in it tho since Metal Raiders
This man is like those guys that get lost or cast out at sea for 10+ years and finally find a way back to modern civilization and everything has changed so technologically.
way to remind me this deck foiled out would only cost a few hundred back 8 or so years ago :(
I really want to see the whole deck actual collector's max rarity.
I built 2 Goat decks with a ton of extra stuff so you can make a bunch of different variants. It was about $50-100. Super worth it
For at least one of the cards dude said “yee theyre $7....” and OP says “HOLYYY” and just puts up $70 each
It makes sense that they don't care about OCG cards. It's not an officially supported format.
You just need to use opaque sleeves
Yeah i heard in OCG you can watch your opponent hand during the duel that awesone
@@doppiahh8164 what
Imagine actually having some of those exact cards
So much nostalgia :O
I could see boys going on a national treasure hunt for a deck like this
Dragon Rulers during their META: Are we jokes to you?
War flashbacks to a single copy of Blaster
Just stop because I'm poor
This is a classic line up of Fusion monsters. Dark Balter, Ryu Senshi, and Dark Blade the Dragon Knight were super useful cards back in the day.
Updated chaos deck profile when?
😳😳😳😳😳
Watched this, looked at wallet and we both cried😂
Hi James! That's all we want more people to play the format!
Dude this deck is worth 5-10x that much as of last year or 2021/2022. Not sure what prices are like now but def still higher than this video
Why don’t Konami stick with a goat format looks so much more fun and would bring in a lot more duelist to the game
Jesse Kotton's Seyfert Thunder list with Double Ultra prize card was way up there lol.
Crazy!
I have most of these cards
And I still play GOAT!
I’m stoked your bringing GOAT back to light SAM. Stay cool!
This makes me curious about highest-rarity, all-first-edition Tele-DAD. I feel like Tele-DAD in its prime was more expensive than Chaos Goat Control was at its peak, but since Tele-DAD is less iconic than Goat it must be less expensive than this.
Jovi Siagian this one for sure! Also the values were a bit understated. You’d be really lucky to get for example an ultimate first Ed pot of greed for 35 bucks.
SJC Crush Card Virus alone would break the bank
this reminds me of an MTG deck that I saw a while ago, Legacy world is a crazy thing.
Damn! And here i thought Warhammer 40k armies got expensive. This is love for the bling alright.
Anyhow I'm sick of the meta. Goat format baby here i come!
goat format is way more fun than what yugioh have become
on ebay I have the sinister snake and I have offers of 3000 eur, your deck is more expensive, congratulations for your deck, it's incredible.
This decks worth around 7000-7400
The book of moons are worth 280-380 a piece
Also ocg cards can not be used in tcg legal tournaments.

How am I an expert if I just looked it all up
The price of this deck is the same as a MTG Competitive commander/edh deck
Lmao no 🤣🤣🤣

Yeah sure
got my 1st deck back in early 2000's and it was the starter kaiba deck lol
His deck cost as much as my lunch. When I eat, we all eat.
This boi can survive a year with just his cards lol
You aint dropped a stack just to have a roof and a car for a month have you?
Cards are much more than he says. Try buying a mint english Chaos Sorcerer TU02 right now. It'll set you back at least 150 each.
Road to 250k subs, Sam! You're so close! You da man!
I use to have a beatdown back at first generation yugioh until the banlist came out and I quit playing.
And my beatdown was undefeated too.
My buddy bought a mint Ulti 1st Ed Dekoichi from a local DVD store for 25 cents. Blew my mind.
I felt like I was watching transformers, that part when they revived that old decepticon 🤣🤣🤣 🔥🔥 fire deck list
this guy is flexing, kaiba would be proud
Definitely exaggerated some of your prices
For real I had several of these cards in the exact copy and condition he was like 100 dollars I went online and found them on eBay for 1.99
@@TurboWizard69 Magician of faith @ 130 each? What justifies that price?
Rishino right but I google the card and see them available for $1.... is it magician of faith specifically from a certain set that brings $130?
Rare Hunter Award..that Black Luster Soldier looked nice!!
great video man. keep up the good work
Guys remenber the old magical scientist deck? That and chaos were my jam
Yeah Goat format is super Fun I'm putting a Goat format deck together now so yeah.
Ive got that same exact black luster it was so hard to get here in korea, i have all his cards aswell but they are in common so im note afraid of them losing their condition
Mr. Sam, do you think yang zings could be viable in the master rule 5?
Not necessarily top tier, but still thoughts on the deck?
bruh like look at these prices now everything is double those prices if not triple
this same collection today is worth about 15k
The chaos aren’t Korean secrets which go for much more
Goat format easily the best
Nice man I love the Nostalgie in this Deck 😊
Aside from BLS I've got alot of these cards sitting in my binder. Guess I better start selling them.
no you dont
This explains why pot of greed isnt like 80 cents a card
i have a similar build to this for GOAT and im trying to max out the rarity like he did but its still a work in progress.
seeing these now with edison so big is wild
And after this video, this guy was never seen again
omg when he said morphing jar is a thousand i was beside myself i had mutliple of these as ultra rare 1st edition back in 2003 damn i better not throw anything away ever
those are for the Tournament pack versions, i doubt you had those lol
nice, wish I had this deck
All these cards shot up a lot since when this aired
Coming from the guy who bought out Walmart for a deck this title means something.
Its so good that you placed this video! I knew each of the cards, this is the format I play with my friends and I didn't know it was a thing! or that there where tournaments! maybe I can look for tournaments of this in México! Thank you for a wonderful video...also, we will look into our cards for pricing, maybe we don't have the expensive sinister serpent but we surely have 1st edition or foils of several of those ones! Im surprised how expensive they are! IS there a platform where to play GOAT format online?
I saw the title and thought this was for the deck profile for the tele-dad deck from yesterday and I was like "why would this be so expensive lol"
2023 Prices lol
As a math mech player, it takes 2 turns
Hey sam, I have a question. When shaddoll structurr comes out are you gonna make a deck profile of it? I would really enjoy to see you doing a deck profile for the shaddoll.
Loved goat format! Very nostalgic video
His numbers way off, and the international versions----
He was way off
Lol them german prints eh 🤣
“Ich bin expensive”! In my German accent! Lmfao! But it’s his collection and it means a lot to him, I can respect that
@@flameduelist81 yeah no people that have the serpent always get roasted for the german prints I'm tryna trade up mine for english ones. But hes definitely in the club with the "members only card lol"
Yea he is . i have half if these cards and they aint that much
Damn played goat for 8 years straight can never do that
if i were playing vintage and legacy style formats in any tcg, i'd triple sleeve and play in toploaders
Really funny and at the same time serious video
I would get the heavy hitters graded or preserved in a binder for better protection. They're too darn expensive to be in a deck and played with.
Hmm… you can build this deck in Germany with commons and some rares and super rares or so, for about 80-140 dollars. A lot of card are in structure decks or starter decks and a lot of cards has a same effect just other names. But … it’s so cool he had some German cards in his deck.
Yes but when this deck was Meta common versions of most of these cards didn't exist.
Omg almost 300k 💪🏻💪🏻💯
I could read every card there and im proud of it
MTG Vintage decks cant even imagine being this cheap.
sinister serp was the combo lord back in the day.
People say that playing spyral is expensive this deck is like bitch did you say you are expensive check me out
Realized I have one of those Night Assailants. Thought it was a £5 card...
U probably got a reprinted version. Its worth nothing, sorry
@@soergut8527 Nope, it's definitely a Championship Pack one as it has that set code. I bought it back in like 2012 after Sangan was banned which was before Goat Format really got popular.
i remember playing against this deck.....ugh. those were the days.
