Chris the bass player did the album cover and logo as far as the album goes its a great album,their are too many people living in the past and expects Don to sing like it's 1984 I think Don sounds great,love your album review,their rhythm section is great,and Jon Levin their is no comparison he is great, seen them live in July had a great time

Just listened to the whole thing along with Broken Bones and Lynch Mob's Babylon. [Thanksgiving road trip]. 1] Broken Bones ROCKS! 2] I liked the new Dokken more than the new Lynch Mob. The songwriting and guitar mix was just better. Yes Jon out-Lynched George here, but it's all fair. Sure, George has progressed onto more modal playing but is less the Screamin' Demon we loved from his Dokken days. Jon has mastered George's demon and is showing real firepower here. The bass player really grooves too.
Yeah, somewhere on this thread I wrote a response defending broken bones.. where I said a couple of the layer tracks drag it down just a bit. In no way is broken bones anyway near shit. Shadow life was shit o even liked 2 songs off it that george lynch lead turd 4 songs if you add 2 from the Japanese version.
You should also check out the Japanese bonus track forevermore...it's on UA-cam. As for I'll never give up its kind of a positive bookend to 1989 walk away... nuclear infected channel posted the bonus track fyi

Broken bones wasn't shit it had like 7 great songs a couple of tunes in the middle kinda drag it down some. Now shadowlife that's pretty much shit...except for maybe 2 songs thar are ok Broken bones is way better than shadowlife
