I wish I could use FSD more, but my driving is so intense and urban, there is no room for not being highly intelligent and safely aggressive. So, I can hardly use it for one block without an intervention. I love standard autopilot (no lane changes unless I signal) on the highway, and FSD when I don't have to turn through intersections.
wish they added "do not upload" command to voice commands that would mark the clip to be the first one to be discarded if there is too many clips. Even if those clips are uploaded they could then know youre disengaging for personal reasons (like changing navigation) Also they dont give voice commands close to destination which sucks for some testers that use waypoints and this command could fix it.
"FSD beta" and its functionality / availability is nowhere mentioned on the website when buying anything. You bought the "Full Self-Driving Capability" package that should include these features: - Navigate on Autopilot - Auto Lane Change - Autopark - Summon - Smart Summon - Traffic Light and Stop Sign Control Although you may have to go into the settings and enable them. The FSD beta program currently going on has not directly anything to do with the stuff listed above, only that having bought the "Full Self-Driving Capability" package is a requirement to join the FSD beta early access program. At least right now. When you have the FSD beta software installed and enabled, it already had its own implementation of "Auto Lane Change" and "Traffic Light and Stop Sign Control" since the beginning, and recently it also replaced "Navigate on Autopilot". The plan seems to be to also replace "Summon" and "Smart Summon" soon. Basically the list of features above, which I took from the website, is that what you currently get. The development happening with FSD beta is a re-implementation with newer and better technology of all those things and more to achieve the goal of actual Full Self-Driving. But Tesla can't just go and actually replace all of those with this new version until they are sure that that would not be a regression. That's why its developed separately. And you have to request access to the early access program. Hope this helps.
Good constructive feedback to Tesla. Self-driving will not only save lives but prevent a lot of serious injuries.
Appreciate it!
not true
Would like to see it parking there. They fixed the auto park detection on beta. Some say it is faster now
Didn’t know that. Just tried it and it worked great. Still slower than for me to park.

Yes, it seems that voice commands indeed do not work near the destination.
I bought fsd and it doesn’t do anything different than the normal autopilot. Wtf
You have to enroll in beta and they have to accept you and push out the update. They stopped adding new beta testers since the NHTSA recall
@@jasonfournier they shouldn’t allow me to purchase it then I would think.
There are additional features with FSD but FSD *beta* will probably not be expanded until at least the next update.
