- Tonight I bring you a compilation of super soft and gentle ear to ear ASMR triggers so you can listen to in bed to fall asleep. You can listen with your eyes closed to make it easier to drift off!
This will include ear to ear close up whispering, super soft cork tapping, water globes, fidget toys, carton box tapping and very gentle crinkles, all done at a relatively slow pace.

Offering another option you might consider (you can still watch ASMR videos, of course). Brad Yates EFT tapping for PTSD video(s). I was acquainted with someone who guided clients using EFT tapping for PTSD. He said personal guidance is more effective, but no harm in trying a "generic" guide that you can find online.
