Such a great video. I feel like so few people do close up video's like this. Would love to see this angle with anticipatory triggers, something about not seeing the triggers make it so much better to me.
You have the most soothest voice ever and when you asked for a reminder of the date the strangest thing happened. It triggered a memory, a badly damaged body being rushed into a hospital on a dolly. Barely conscious, a nurse running alongside leaning in asking what is today's date. The mind was very active slamming back and forth still tuned in to your session and before I knew it I was in the land of nod. Had the weirdest dream ever.
