  • Ready to grow from every workout? Then you need to do this!
    PPL PROGRAM: bit.ly/GETRHPPL
    FULL GYM PROGRAM: bit.ly/fullgym...
    30 DAY GARAGE PROGRAM: bit.ly/3igtiIF
Have you ever had one of those workouts where you just didn't feel like you could connect to the muscle you were trying to train? Well that's actually your fault and you can fix it by first activating the stabilizing muscles that will keep your form on point. Then you need to engage the muscle you're trying to work at it's end range which will retrain you on how you should be firing/contracting it. Finally you need to push a ton of blood to quickly get that mind muscle connection.

Hey Ryan, I was diagnosed with MS in 2020 and have been told by numerous doctors to stay active. After almost 2yrs of having a pity party for myself I decided to fuck my shit up. I just finished day 1 week 1 of your 30day gym program this morning and absolutely f’ed my a but simultaneously c’ed all over my b’s. You are an inspiration to keep me moving and not letting MS take over. God bless you sir and thank you

Love it. You have been a massive part of me getting better, the way you talk speaks to me, and made me want to start really kicking ass. I’ve lost 60 lbs since I watched your first video, and my decision to start building muscle instead of fasting and walking and nothing else has really helped that. Also, as a barber, your hair is looking fucking amazing, how?

Love it, I always get a free ab workout watching your vids from laughter🤣. I am 42 and have had a love hate relationship with gaining muscle since I was 25 when I shattered my arm and lost 35 lbs then could never seem to get anything back. Doing things you are saying with lighter weight ( yes lighter people, it actually works), I am finally seeing progress. My wife notices it too, and I have been getting my beak wet more often. Just saying, THANKS!

All this working out translates into strength and endurance in other areas. So does the mobility and flexibility. With recovered legs I was able to go Mountain Biking in Wyoming with no trouble. Altitude was the main culprit and that went away in two days.
Mobility and flexibility continue to improve though I had to mix it up cuz I forgot my bands.
Anyway, keep working out! Keep the vids coming Ryan.

This is a carry over from the LAST video. My legs have finally stopped aching. Evidently those glute exercises I thot I was doing weren’t cutting it cuz I did a ton of hip thrusts, being sure to make NO eye contact, and it took two weeks off my life.
    Two weeks.
On the other hand, my knees feel great. Pain is way down and even though my glutes and flexors were so sore my mobility is way up.

After following Ryan Humiston's balls to the wall advice for the past 45 days or so, I have started to get some tremendous gains! I have been working out on and off since I was about 14, and I have been working out consistently since January 1st, this year. Ryan Humiston, I believe that your high intensity, low resting periods between sets theory has worked for myself at least!
I am now lifting weights/doing calisthenics about 4-5 days per week and cardio about 3 times per week. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge!
You are kind of like the Jordan Peterson for working out! And I mean that as a compliment!

Yeah, perhaps. Maybe in the way KOTG uses humor, like when he includes the cut scene to his college basketball coach stating he couldn't touch the rim, over and over and over. Though, not in the way KOTG gives credit where it's due. Or, not in the way KOTG displays a genuine compassion for improving lives. Or, not in the way KOTG lifts up his wife and kids through his words and actions. But, maybe that's just not what Ryan is after. I appreciate the content, the humor, and the brevity, but the, "I don't fucking comment on anything." is completely the opposite of KOTG's nature.

Hey Ryan, I’ve always loved pairing opposing muscles like chest/back on the same day and swapping my sets back and forth chest, back, chest, back, chest back, finding a back exercise
which mirrors whichever chest exercise I choose. I’ve always loved the opposing tightness of the pump, as well as the deeper stretch and higher weight I always find myself comfortably hitting by using this method. I never understood why this was, as I assumed that I would lose some range of motion but Andrew Huberman has a great podcast on it, you should check it out if you haven’t already. ❤️
