Looks like you have a good amount of squat in the rear , you could use a rear spring upgrade imo.
Check out Northwoods performance . They sell rear spring kits for the 19+ rav4's . Different stages to choose from . I highly recommend. I'm running the stage 2 on my 21' RAV4 . I've very happy with them .
Agree. I was carrying a fridge and 2 weeks of food, water and camping equipment for this trip, so it really sat too low at the back. I'll check out Northwoods Performance. Thanks heaps for the tip.

Do you carry a full size spare tire and where does it fit?
I do, I carry it in the existing spare tire area, but due to the tire width the trunk/boot floor doesn't sit properly.

What would you recommend for upsize AT tires keeping the rims stock? 235/60/18? 245/55/18? Thx
Thanks! Assuming we're talking about the same tire brand and type, my personal preference would probably be the taller option - the 235. A tiny bit more clearance... but we're only talking about 6mm. Honestly both would probably be great. But check with your tire dealer in case the rim width suits one size better than the other! Which AT tire are you considering?
BTW, if you haven't already, check out tiresize.com/calculator/ and compare the two sizes visually.
