It all just feels off. I mean go look at the weapon models for glacioclasm and cold front. They are special but this year it's a generic glaive. Granted last year was a generic pulse rifle. But even the trailer for the event feels lazy. There is a scene where the guardians are intentionally missing their shots. My guess was they got them finishable, didn't want to reset to get the following finisher scene so they just missed their shots so they didn't kill the vex adds. Hopefully Bungie recovers and next year we have a truly special dawning.

Now that I have watched the video. Here is my actual comment and not one ranting about the dawning. The dungeon is amazing. I do wish the loot was better but I would not be surprised if bungie is going to make these weapons meta. I think my favorite part of the entire dungeon is no health gating. I mean on the final boss there kinda is gating but not really. I really hate health gating and how common it has become in destiny. Every new strike boss or "battlegrounds" boss has health gates. It just ruins the fun. Also battlegrounds in the strike playlist were a bad call, just make new actual strikes and put battlegrounds elsewhere. The armor from the dungeon is alright, the caster frame gets me excited as I really want them to rework caster frames to be something truly special and useful. The non-exotic side arm is really fun to use with voltshot and the exotic is neat but I think is gonna be a dust collector in my vault when I get it. This dungeon shows that bungie can still make incredible activities when they want and I really hope to see more stuff like this from them.
i just love at the end when one single low rank Scorn deleted him... (Basically Get Bungied) He just said F u and pulled the Gatling out and lasered him. The way the Scorn suddenly did massive damage and shot waaaay quicker... thats just BS
That was my theory, given that we know his castle was in a very cold place (revealed in the story of his fight with Felwinter), he abandoned it to take his people to the Last City, and that he is the one who told the Warlord in question about the castle and the Wish Dragon bones within.
The content creators saying this dungeon has a Dark Souls vibe has, in fact, never played Dark Souls. Medieval Fantasy doesn’t immediately equal Dark Souls.
i might be in the minority on this one but i actually liked GOTD more than Warlord's Ruin. both are my fav dungeons tho, but GOTD is higher for me. Warlord's ruin is great tho!

who is moving to d1???
13:30 again nothing to do with Rise of Iron. This is just one of the exo challenges from Beyond Light.
I read the title to this video and I was worried you were going to the bash this beautifucl dungeon, however as usual evan your videos are a bomb!
I saw the titel and was about to say "ARE YOU BLOODY MAD THIS DUNGION IS GOATED!" and then I saw the rest of the vid
Chest full ‘o screebs!
i just love at the end when one single low rank Scorn deleted him... (Basically Get Bungied)
He just said F u and pulled the Gatling out and lasered him.
The way the Scorn suddenly did massive damage and shot waaaay quicker... thats just BS
This was lord shaxx's Castel?
That was my theory, given that we know his castle was in a very cold place (revealed in the story of his fight with Felwinter), he abandoned it to take his people to the Last City, and that he is the one who told the Warlord in question about the castle and the Wish Dragon bones within.
Let’s go! Evanf destiny content. That means we got something good in the game
After warlords ruin I have hope for the shell of a company that is bungie
A dungeon that takes place in an ACTUAL dungeon.
I enjoyed that they gave us actual sherpa armor
He used the suggested title from the comments😂. It was a fire idea
Wait, this isn't about the spire of the watcher
When they finally over deliver but forget the weapons😂
The environnement is my style, not sure about best ever though.
The quest was alright but I already had all the exotics so my grand reqard was antaeus wards. Not worth the time it took lol
it's funny how the jail is harder than root of nightmare
The content creators saying this dungeon has a Dark Souls vibe has, in fact, never played Dark Souls. Medieval Fantasy doesn’t immediately equal Dark Souls.
I’ve run this dungeon 30 times no exotic😭😭
i might be in the minority on this one but i actually liked GOTD more than Warlord's Ruin. both are my fav dungeons tho, but GOTD is higher for me. Warlord's ruin is great tho!
Naeem never was an Iron Lord .. she was a Warlord ! 2 very different thing but you seem to mix them together in the video with all the reference to the iron lords ! Just thought i could clarify some stuff for everyone ! :)
Sure it might get a little boring after a while but it's still my favorite dungeon
Imo
Best dungeon in the game
Evan actually took the title I suggested. Surprising.
not surprising you're great

Haven’t watched the vid yet but saw the title. I will say that is a controversial title given that the dungeon was pretty good by itself.
Prophecy>Warlord's Ruin
