- Hey Familia! Today I’m taking you through an intense Glutes & Hamstring workout, we are going to focus on compounds, isolations and unilateral moves. Hope you will find these tips helpful! 💙💙
Warm up: 20-30seconds each 2 rounds
Squat & Reach
Pulse squat
Deep lunge rotation
Banded crab walk
Kickback
Workout
Sumo deadlift: 12/12/10/10/8/6 reps
Dead stop hip thrust: 10/10/8/6/6
Sumo DB lift into sumo pulse: 10 reps and 15 reps 3 sets
DB stiff-leg Deadlift: 12x4
Split Squat: 15x3 each leg

You have taught me so much you taught me not to be scared to go after the things that I want and you also taught me a lot about strength training. There are so many people out there that don't even know what strength training are but you actually break it down and explain it period and a lot of people appreciate that about you. I had hired a trainer for 6 months, which ended 1/31. I found your videos a couple weeks ago, and I am so excited. I learned a lot from my trainer, however the way you explain every workout in detail I feel I learned even more. My trainer was online and it was good but these videos are the bomb! I just found your app today and facebook page... ok I am obsessed! I am super excited to learn more and the proper way to lift !! Here is to being 58 yrs old and finally getting in shape with weights and eating right

I've just started the Strong programme on the T&S app, I'm almost 2 weeks in now and I love it! I've been going gym for years but I've never had a routine or really knew what I was doing until this programme. The routine is literally perfect and is so well organised and thought through - I've seen some results and slight toning/plump of my body (particularly my glutes and quads :)) already and defo gonna continue it.
