    This gym trainer used to come up to me and tell me to 'smile more', and I literally thought I had to! But after seeing this video I literally feel so much better bc YEAH I'm in my zone looking all focussed! And that's NOT a bad thing :)

    Hi Krissy! I'd never trained my upper body before. Not only was I afraid to bulk up, I also didn't know any exercises and didn't want to embarrass myself at the gym, but thanks to your upper body workouts I'm doing it!! I've been training my upper body for the past three weeks and I can already see some changes and feel slightly stronger! So thank you!!!

    I hate the exercises in the moment but love them after lol. Thanks so much for the tips, I've always wondered why my forearms were aching, now I know why.
    Also, I'd love a video that has modifications/tips for shorties. I'm 5'2" and I'd love to do back hyper extensions but with my height, I can never seem to get the right positioning on the machine.

      If you put some small weight plates (like 2.5kg plates) under your feet that tends to help as you’ll stand up a little higher on the machine :)

    I really like the weay you explain things and give helpful tips with holding. Im so glad you are not overly muscular and you are toned and still look like a woman and not like a overly muscular Hulk woman. I know some women train and they have to look more muscular but i m not a fan of that look. Im super excited to try these at the gym and the thumb to the side thing too.

    I love you so much, you are so inspiring Krissy! I notice a lot of times when you do your biceps curls your elbows come too much forward instead of being still, so you´re not working on your biceps as mutch anymore. Just a tip:)

    Did this workout and loved it! I’m need to working out upper body so I’m very weak, and can’t lift very much weights, so I didn’t get sweaty, is this still enough of a workout even if I don’t sweat or lift heavy?

    I could honestly do upper body training like all days of the week, I loooove it!I have a big booty by nature so I just need to learn how to curb it properly hahahaha...

    So, according to studies, do not straighten your arms when doing biceps curl because you're hyper extending it. Instead keep the elbow bent slightly to keep tension or resistant in the biceps. Also do not curl the weight all the way up because that's relaxing the biceps. Maintain constant tensions on the biceps throughout the curling movement. Don't hate the messenger. That's what studies and what professional body builders have said.
