Every other weapons in gold is a premium weapon ( except fantasy )
Worst ways only give you fantasy gold weapons and takes alot of time to even find one , if you spend 5 hrs you can max get 15 fantasy gold weapons and they are limited Weapons .
Best ways allows you to get all gold weapons like legendary machete , hatchets and all other weapons and they are over 358+

Best way to get golden weapons:
1. Open to Multiplayer
2. Wait for Hacker
3. Be polite and ask for gold weapons or good weapons and maybe ingredients
4. Profit

Yup! I got lucky during co-op and someone was dropping dozens of gold weapons! Harran rifle, gold double barrel shotgun both unlimited ammo along with the gold grappling hook! Love playing Dying light now!

If your new to the first well then make sure you spend a lot of time on the game not only because it is one of the best games ever played but also because you will have a better idea of the narrative of the game when you buy the second one.

I think weapons are tied to skip XP, for example you won't see the semi auto shotgun until you have maxed out survivor points. So it doesn't matter where you are looking if your character is not leveled up enough. Police vans, quarantine zones etc, you just don't see them until you have enough skill points.

I have to admit...it took time, but the gre boxes while running the stripped dragon hotel have given me a couple dozen gold tier fans weapons...skull mace, Loco ect. However, I mainly run it on my nightmare game+ looting all kills gaining additional exp for each run upon exiting the quarantine zone....love this game
Best for farming gre boxes is Three Moons Restaurant, least of zombies and you can run it fast with zombie guts on you. When you finished, go out, there will be Rais men with loot box, kill em, loot and go straight back to three moons, rinse and repeat ;)
@@deno202I prefer stuffed turtle myself, because you can shut yourself behind doors while picking the GRE crates
@@man-kr2ey TMR is more easier, more faster for GRE crates. But from experiece of 300+ hours, GRE crates very rarely have anything worth, so I just skip them and take disaster packages, since it gives XP for Nightmare level up.

this takes a bit of grinding & be sure to have the Survival tree leveled to the max (found that it's the primary reason for finding better weapons), my method is going out at night (either mode, normal or nightmare) on both games (original & The Following) either climbing the power lines (received a 2100 hunting shotgun) or just looting the hell out of police vans or medium/hard/very hard chests, selling the gray/blue tier & stashing all the good stuff...be sure to check out the random shops that pop up in the day time, there is a good chance for weapons that are either rare & more powerful than the ones' at the more convenient shops at safehouses...got the Tribal Knife in broad daylight from a medium chest in the slums - & Hammer of the Gods from a GRE chest at night from the Stuffed Turtle quarantine zone.
I got my frist gold by stealing it from my friend.

If you have enhanced edition of the game you can farm the prison heist and if u get guru you get kings (one of the best upgrades) fantasy and premium gold weapons, mostly gold if ur rly fast

Nah man.. The first and only method of the easy way is to exploit the save files!!!! That's called cheating. If u like this game you will do it the proper way.
There seems to be a bit of a lack of Dying light UA-cam coverage which is weird to me. Games like this usually have a couple UA-cam channels dedicated to explaining everything and doing every possible playthrough

For anyone having trouble killing the zombies in the bozak horde if you're legend 250 you should use your fists because they do more damage than the provided weapons edit: does this glitch still work

Question: What was your game difficulty setting while doing the 'Best way'? Coz i was told that i can get gold-tier weapons by setting it to Hard or to Nightmare mode, AND by maximizing the level of the Legendary Skill tree.

well people told me if you play on nightmare you have more chance of getting gold weapons , well that's true but you only get gold fantasy weapons
I admit, I get my first gold weapon from some guy who gave them out. When I did the Bozak horde I only got purples and then never did it again.

This was 2017 now its 2019 and I can tell you now on ps4 the shop sell legendary weapons like dark matches and premium katan just play do quest and level up that's how you do it

I am still doing this method of farming the weapons on the water towers, Wind Mills, etc. this guy told me that was the best method well i've seen an improvement in weapon damage and etc. But i want gold weapons i know of 1 way to get them but thats not enough.
I joined this dudes lobby in Dying Light, and he literally could spawn whatever item he wanted infinitely. If I asked for a bunch of king weapon upgrades, he’ll spawn them. If I asked for a good weapon, he’d give me a dark sickle with 12k damage on it. If I asked for medkits, he’ll throw down stacks of x99 on the floor for me. He also threw down a shotgun that never runs out of ammo. These 2 other people joined and we all just had a blast running the prison escape, bozak horde, etc. We added each other on steam and played with each other ever since. It’s nice to have a hacker as a friend lol.

Hunter Wehner it’s possible but very, very, very time consuming
You could also get them if you have harran prison and put it on nightmare and do it under like 20 minutes you get a bunch of mythic weapons but you have to lockpick

Why do legendary blueprints craft a normal weapon i dont get it. I have the mechete thats hidden in the apartment roof in the box you have to keep kicking its a legendary print. Why when i craft it is it normal rarity i dont understand

I’m new and I only have 5 hours on the game and already have a legendary/gold tier idk if buying it from a trader counts but I bought a legendary small knife for 859 gold at the beggining of the game
@@ArkhamKnight-2007 The tiers are signified by the color of the icon for the item. Many common items will have “Legendary” in the name as you progress

In the following, near the guy that sells car parts, there is a tower and you check the tower, on nightmare mode, no weapon? Quickly go to sleep and go back, nothing do the same thing, it takes a while but I got a gonunaba and loco this way

Ali ya got me to legend level 41 yesterday and you made me remember stuff turtle i play alot with my friend so I don't unlock all of the high infection areas so stuffed turtle was not on my map so thanks for making me remember where stuffed turtle is.
Is it possible to get a golden nailed plank without mods? You can get a gold pipe by using dockets on level 2 but idk the plank.
So id say im relatively still new to dying light. I have the enhanced edition and such but the furdest ive made it until now in story is in sector 0 or old town. My question is can you kinda explain how do i get the following dlc to like trigger cause i have everything but i dont see it in my menu screen and such
Well once you lvl up your character you can go to menu and click on play then the following and the u can create a new save for the following dlc ....

Do you use a doom buggy in the following and get extra multiplayer things like its a giant expansion or are those just in the original? The following i know its a dlc and i have it but i havent finished story mode but im like 98% just a tiny more and im done. Also what are fun multiplayer things you can do with friends and sorts?
For people on normal mode who can’t get any (normal mode doesn’t have any gold weapons that you can find or buy) kill rais’s men they always have blue and green weapons usually machetes or keposhes

Any idea which has the higher drop rate for pickaxe between bozak and prison? I occasionally get a premium katana from prison but nothing much else that isn't fantasy... bozak keeps giving me 5/6 weapons to. I havnt done it hundreds of times but a fair few hours on both.
Bozak gives you gold weapons everytime now. I'm rich from selling all these op sledgehammers that I'm not using. The gold one handed weapons are what I'm rolling with atm

I remember I spent so much time duplicating every thing I just restarted today
I've been doing the Dockets method for a while now but after getting to legend lvl 250 you only get the new weapons. I've been trying to get Skull machete and premium katana or Dark machete but you can't get them.
try searching at survival lvl 23 and 25
Only thing I done the bolter liver glitch to get lvl 250 so I missed all the other weapons.I don't like asking people for golds as it takes the fun out of finding them. Quality video anyway mate.I've had the game since launch and maxed out all characters,just hope techland can fix it.
make a new game with selected mission but dont mess your current save

I got mine from a random player and the story goes like this:
So I was playing the game and got bored so I decided to turn multiplayer ON to see what happen, I thought "I wonder how people play the game and are they nice to me?". So, I played with multiplayer for a day and suddenly I team up with this guy for a bit and he type in chat "do you a weapon?" this is when I'm at level 5 or something a long time ago, so I said yes and then he gave me a gold weapon, and I was confused like "are you sure you want to give me this" and the guy politely said "yeah take it" and that was the nice thing anyone did to me in that game and I still have the weapon and it's pretty frinkin' strong so thx to that guy I have that weapon. :)
