It gets softer more energetic midsole foams FlyteFoam Blast+ and FlyteFoam Propel which completely changes the ride and feel which is nowfar smoother and more forgiving while also lightening the weight (assisted by a less massive heel counter) by 26g/ 0.9 oz to about 9.65 oz / 273g US9, commendably light for a max cushion 40mm heel / 30mm forefoot stack shoe.
